Really good quality banner, nice and thick cardboard, and comes with a needle and strings to finish banner. Other party sets don't come with the string for the banner. So much for the price. All you need for great party decor!

This was a good value. The balloons are great and so are the decorations. My ONLY complaint (not really their fault) is that I did not open the box before the day of the party. The HAPPY BIRTHDAY sign is all separate and you have to make it using a ribbon and supplies plastic needle. Not a big deal, but took an extra 15 minutes to set up. Wish I had opened it earlier. Not the manufacturers problem.

Cute set up but one of the fire truck balloons had a hole in it & was not able to use.

Nice party set,value was in the balloons, 4 year old loved the fire trucks. Everything else was as expected. Just a FYI ,you have to string the sign,doesn't come that way. No big deal but leave yourself time to do it.

One of the fire fighter trucks deflated before the party started and the rest of the balloons deflated hours later. Not really worth it. If I knew I would go to party City and get balloons there pricy but at least there good quality.

I decided not to string the happy birthday sign does not come assembled. Taping it up if possible is much easier!The fire truck balloons are huge! Good quality too. I would purchase again!
