There is a very similar looking unit to one that is sold by Harbor Freight. This one however has two additional features. Exclusive to this is a flashing red feature of the COB panel and a LED flashlight feature on the end where the switch is on the Harbor Freights light. The end switch is relocated to the body under the COB panel on this flashlight. This unit comes with general use batteries not Alkaline. The Harbor Freight Unit comes with Alkaline batteries.Ultimately if it is worth the price premium over the Harbor Freight Unit which costs $ 7 is if the additional features are worth it and the price you have to pay for this one. The Harbor Freight flashlight on occasion goes on sale for $ 5 and this flashlight recently (Jan 19) is sold at Walmart for 8.92. It really comes down to price. When both are loaded with Alkaline batteries the Harbor Freight and this flashlight put out the same amount of light from the COB panel even though this is advertised as 400 lumens and the harbor freight is listed at 215 lumens. My guess is that the lower figure is more accurate. As sold the Harbor Freight is actually brighter because it is delivered including Alkaline batteries which will produce a higher output.All that said, this is a very useful light. The magnet in the base is strong enough to attach the flashlight to sheet metal steel upside down and even parallel to the ground. The COB section gives off plenty of light to walk around a room or outdoors without stepping on something. It is very defuse which is nice for lighting up an area. The addition of the LED flash light gives the ability to light up a more controlled space and get a farther reach when necessary. The red flashing is also useful for certain safety situations.

I use this as a work light when at the shop and there is no good light to use. It lights up the project perfectly. The only downside is the metal shavings never come off until I take my 15,000 gausse magnet to it. I should put something between the light and the metal surface I'm sticking it to.. but I'm in a hurry.

Was I suppose to get two flash lights or one? I just got one, Pictures show 2 items, so where is my other light.the one light I got work great will be getting another one once I find out about the number of lights in each order, be careful looking at the beam it will hurt your eyes if you look at it to long in certain situation. I have one of these lights that is about 2 years old and it still going strong, batteries last a long time too but the led cover did fall off.

This is a great flashlight to have. The pocket clip is very convenient and the different beams are great for different uses. I would definitely buy another one.

I just received the bigger flashlight, but did not receive the small one shown in the ad.

Outstanding value, extremely bright floodlight. It's a pretty full size, wouldn't call it a penlight at almost 11" tall.

Absolute junk. Turns on but the body is too long for the 3 batteries so if you jiggle it at all it turns off. I tore it apart and stretched the battery spring but that only made it marginally better.

This is the best flashlight I've ever used for general back up light applications. They are super handy. A rechargable version would be cool. It's a shame they aren't available. I would buy 20 or more at a reasonable price.
