I buy these frequently for my Mom and they work great and are on our doorstep in 2 days.

These did not work for my family member with incontinence issues. I had high hopes because they look very rugged and are certainly more expensive, but I think they are actually worse than the other brands I've tried. Her clothes and bed sheets are absolutely drenched while wearing these, where other brands they tend to be mildy damp. I know part of the problem is that none of these adult pull ups seem to do much if they sleep on their sides, but these did even less than the others. Very disappointing. I don't want to give 1 star, because maybe for someone else they might work, just buy the smallest pack you can in case they don't
