I have to say, I'm so happen that we took a chance and ordered this bench and the matching chairs. It compliments the table well. Super easy to assemble and feels very sturdy

Cons- no assembly instructions (not that difficult to figure out), inside the box the bench was covered in plastic but had a noticeable ugly dirt spot. Velcro material underneath bench which is a bit uneven. More of an annoyance than anything, lol.Pros- beautiful color and like the leg design and look. Feels sturdy and firm to sit on. Legs were packed securely in a box and strapped down underneath bench. Screws and tool came inside bigger box.Overall I like the look, feel and how versatile it is for my bedroom space. I will cover up the spot with a cute throw for now. During COVID19 just glad it got delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Also, I can deal with the minor flaws for the price point.

I bought this for the purpose of using it as my exercise bench. I was reluctant at first buying this kind of furniture online and the difficulty I might have to assemble plus my trepidation of it being able to hold my 145-lb weight. But, thankfully, I received this item well-packaged, easy to assemble, and most of all it was very sturdy enough for me to be able to do my exercises (in lieu of being on the floor). I also liked the well-padded and firm cushion.

It’s exactly as depicted and described. It’s sturdy and feels of great quality. It adds seating to my dinner table and goes with my aesthetic. It’s a good buy at a reasonable price and came fast.

I really shopped this bench & the matching chairs...Amazon had the best price. All items (5) arrived within 2 days (no prime). The bad, these are made in Vietnam and there is NO quality control what so ever. On 2 of the chairs they put together perfectly with the allen bolts included. On the bench one of the bolts wasn't long enough, other wise it was in good condition. On the other 2 chairs, 4 bolts didn't fit (too short) 1 back was misaligned with the nail heads (it was on the top-very noticeable) .Sooooooo I contact Amazon, need two different size bolts, they confirm all the info they needed and then contact Ashley.....1 1/2 weeks later I get the bolts 8 total all the same size, I only needed 1 for the bench the other 7 don't fit the chairs, so back on the phone to Ashley direct...sorry they can't get me the 4 bolts without going through Amazon......so back on the phone to Amazon, waiting again. I'm going to hardware store to get 4 bolts.Ok I get it you may not care about the situation I went through....but you should be prepared. Oh & the chair back is not going to ship for another week. Once you have the correct bolt size it goes together very easily.I do like the set, it was very reasonable, the material is nice, legs are great, padding is stiff, I just wanted plain and simple.If you check Ashley website, they are asking a lot more, will price match but AFTER you buy them and have them delivered, then you are at their mercy....really stupid policy.You do get what you pay for.Update 2/1 I bought the bolts at hardware store for less than $4. Meanwhile the day after the correct bolts were sent out by Ashley. Ashley has sent out the chair back as of 2/27, will receive on 2/4. I can say that communication between Amazon & Ashley was 3 stars.

This bench was very easy to put together, and matches well with our dining room furniture that was purchased from World Market. It’s good quality like most of the things we’ve purchase from Ashley Furniture, and came at a very reasonable price.

I bought a univerisal table that could be used as a dining table, console table or writing desk, wanted extra space so I chose the table but most chairs are too wide so chairs would not fit. These benches were a great alternative and I am glad I chose them. Delivery was fast, they were packed well and there were no damages. Good cushioning and sturdy. I highly recommend!

This is a very nice bench- sturdy and nice looking. Much easier buying from Amazon than Ahsley direct. Ashley Furniture has been dropping the balls during the pandemic, very poor customer service and hard to get hold of. No one to handle return, nor refund for 20 days.My recommendation: if their item is on Amazon, buy on Amazon for thr faster shipping and better customer service.
