Fobus Fobus Appendix Holster

It seems Fobus simply scaled down their much larger APN19 with this holster, and at least 2 useful features immediately became gimmicks.1. Concealment wing? If you need it while wearing a G43 AIWB, you're doing something wrong.2. Sweat guard? Unnecessary bulk, unless you're sweating hydrofluoric acid.Once you remove these 2, you have a really great low profile ambidextrous AIWB holster. Belt clip is nice and grippy, although on a bulky side, while the holster itself is as small as they come. And the fact that it's not made of Kydex means you can draw without making any noise, which may save your life in certain situations.Fobus, if you're reading this – make aforementioned gizmos optional, and include a differently sized belt clips instead. Heck, this thing is so modular, it could probably accommodate even a tuckable clip!…

Came with a different belt hook which made it more bulkier than it already was.

I like the holster and its features and being able to use it for right or left hand users. My biggest complaint would be the ridges on the inside of the holster which mark up the firearm during drawing and re-holstering which over time can't be good. I just used my dremel and sanded down the ridges and now it is perfect and it hasn't affected the retention of the firearm in the holster at all. Also there's no positive click to speak of when holster the firearm but it still is held in well and I like the additional sweat guard that is easily removable if desired.

This is a fairly well made holster with removable features (sweat guard and concealment wing). Out of the box, the holster is on the bulky side but it’s fairly comfortable. I ended up taking the concealment wing and sweat guard off and it’s more concealable. The plastic feels a little cheap but it’s decent for the price. My Glock fits perfectly in the holster and with an adjustable retention screw, you can dial it in however you want.Overall, for the price, it’s pretty good. I believe there are more comfortable and concealable holsters out there, but this is a really solid budget holster.

I got this for my G43X MOS but it seems to not like the rail up front or the grips up front either. It does work really well for my G43. Great build quality and comfortable for all day carry. If a version comes out that is compatible with the 43X MOS it would be perfect.

I tried this product as generally I'm a fan of Fobus Holsters. Disclaimer; I'm new to appendix carry however; this thing was very uncomfortable. The main reason I didn't like it is because when in use, the retention was impossible to draw. I messed with the retention adjustments but could never get it adjusted so I could actually draw. If it helps anyone, I'm 5'11" @175.

1st of all belt clip showing in pictures it pictures it is NOT included. Strike two, it is very, very thick. We're talking 2 1/4" thick! The profile of my P365 more than doubled. You're Is better off sticking a 2x4 down in your pants. I'm very disappointed because I have a number of Fobus holsters but this is Ridiculous.

Way too bulky for me - it's not a bad holster. Just is way too big considering I'm carrying a small rocket (P365).
