Complete
This book covers so much and as a griever myself I thought this book touched on some areas that other books seem to avoid. I found the information very helpful. Starting a group has more to it than I first thought. I will be much more successsful in my endeavors for having read this book.

Good read for those who are a Spiritual Companion to those who mourn
As a hospice chaplain and pastoral counselor I conduct Grief Support groups. This book is a good read for those who are spiritual companions.

Worthwhile resource
Great resource for beginning a basic grief support group. Easy to follow format with practical applications. Definitely need the companion books and journal to grasp the full content but could get by if had too with just this.

Good, Basic Information--Book Needs a Copy and Layout Editor
Good, basic information about grief support. I'm a social worker by training (but not a therapist) and have extensive experience in leading and facilitating group process. This little book (99 pages) has some solid information for those who've never led groups.I'm a hospice volunteer and we're starting a bereavement support group so I've found the ideas helpful, but nothing that's really new. If you've led even basic groups, you will already know most of this information--particularly if you've experienced the kinds of personal loss and grief the author describes (and, who hasn't if they've over the age of 35?).The layout of the book, particularly capitalization, indentation, etc. are odd. It makes me stop reading to figure out what's being communicated. The book could have done with someone to do copy editing and layout. This appears to be a vantage press (or at least a very small press) product that was done with little editorial oversight. Still, it's a valuable contribution for those in need of entry-level information.

Wolfelt is the great companioner of grief
Great for the new group facilitator. Not so pleased that it is part of a set. Selling as a set strikes me as too commercial.
