I have had these a few weeks now and so far they’ve done exactly what they are supposed to do. I wish they were a little more affordable though!

These are great to keep your garden watered in a short weekend trip but I can't imagine them lasting longer than 4 days. If they lasted longer I'd give them 5 stars.

The rings absorb water and released it when needed. The new plantings survived the sunny side of the house and are still blooming.

I would give a higher rating, but the are dry in just a few days. Not a month as advertised. They do work though.

Didn’t have to water daily anymore

I was going out of town for 9 days and didn’t want to alert neighbors of my absence so I needed to quickly find a way to water my plants. I was so lucky to find the watering mats. I have potted, dwarf trees that I’d spent a LOT of time and money on.I soaked the mats as stated. They were probably ready when I checked them, about 6 hours, but one wasn’t completely covered in water so I wanted to ensure that I got it completely soaked so I gave it a couple more hours. I watered my trees as the directions stated and placed the mat on the dirt. I did have to remove the mulch that I had surrounding the trees because the directions stated it had to go directly on the dirt and I didn’t want to take any chances. When I got home from my trip, I was relieved to see the trees were vibrant as usual and had gotten enough water.If you care about your plants it’s definitely worth it to get these mats. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to get the water to drain. I enjoy watering my trees, and yard so I don’t need them to stay permanently. But I will consider using them consistently when winter arrives.

I’ve been pleased with this 10”-12” ring for my tree roses. I’m going to buy the 24” and put the small one around my thuya tree. It is keeping the area around the rose tree moist and is going to be used for vacation only. So I bought the small one.

It was easy to fill them. I have them around our new palm tree and new lemon tree. Time will tell. I did lift them and there is moisture under them. So I believe they are working. Again, time will tell.
