Simple extension. Pliable and easy to hide.
Seems to work well, cant really tell since the 9dBi antenna I bought separately doesnt seem to make any difference. Its either this extension or the wifi antenna thats defective but I believe theres nothing to be wrong with the extension here and its super flexible and thin, pliable and easy to hide. Hookup is super easy with it as well. Id say its a nice quality product.

Exactly what I needed to improve my wireless internet
This was my second purchase of this extension cable and like most of the other reviewers I used it to extend the distance between my router and an external antenna (a Hawking). I have a second cable that I used to connect a Grace Digital Internet Radio (which I also LOVE) to an external antenna. In both cases the cable works like a charm! Relocating the external antennas improved my signal strength - I was able to place the antennas in a locations that provided more direct and unobstructed signals. Now my Grace radio has a very strong signal and my other wireless devices work just as well. The price was fair and I'm happy with the service and quality of products that antonline carries. I've bought other things from them as well and I will continue to do so.Highly recommended product and vendor.

Product is one component of a Hawking system that exceeds expectations!
We bought this and other components to attempt to extend wifi to a metal and brick building 150 yards from our original router. We are thrilled to have wifi inside the distant building with upload and download speeds that equal those originating from our primary router! As a precautionary approach, I did not attempt the initial configuration myself; rather, I called Hawking tech support. I am likewise thrilled by the assistance provided! They used a protocol that took me through the setup of each component step by step and every component worked as designed from the initial setup. The system continues to function as designed and provides service that has exceeded expectations!

If you need one, buy it.
As mentioned before, you will find it difficult if not impossible to find this from any other maker. They are just not out there. This is reasonably priced (especially with free super saver shipping) and it just works.I have had no problem with loss of signal. I really needed this cable as I keep my tower on the floor and the antenna would have been blocked by metal cabinets and a wooden desk, so the signal would have been compromised. With this, I could sit the antenna with a virtual line of sight to the router in another room.Hawking is a well know and respected manufacturer of networking components, so you will not be buying some off brand.

Hawking HAC7SS
A great little extension cable, I have used it to extend an wireless card antenna from the back of a PC case on the floor to above the desk out in the open. It is a hard to find cable with these connections. Just make sure you have the correct connections on both ends for your use. The total length is 7'.Please click YES if my review have been helpful to you, it will encourage me to continue writing and updating my reviews, and leave a comment if you have any questions, I will be more than happy to answer if I can be of help.

Heavy duty cable
I bought this to use with the Hawking Hi Gain Omni Directional Outdoor 15dBi Antenna - HAO15SIP and the Hawking HAW2R1 smart repeater. The cable came a day before the antenna and it has VERY large connectors and the repeater has VERY small connectors. I thought I would have to search out adpaters to connect them together, but when the Antenna arrived, it had all the connectors I needed!Other than that, what can I say about a cable?

works as advertised.
This cable is guiding a wi-fi signal to a directional antenna, which is in turn broadcasting over 330 feet to a wireless LAN at an RV. Signal quality being received is 95-100%. Cable is doing a fine job. I like also that it came with the adapters needed to make the connection to my wireless router, as wellas small amounts of electrical tape to wrap the physical connectors against the weather.

Seven years of life and no end in sight!
This cable has been on the side of our home, connecting an outdoor antenna to a router for seven years. We are so thankful we went with Hawking products for our small business (wifi for our RV park).

A real help if your wireless network antenna has problems in its present location
This is a tough, thin (~3.5 mm) all white extension cable to move your router or PCI card SMA thread ['g' or 'a'] wireless antenna up to 2.13m (6 foot) away from your PC or router. Being white it is very unobtrusive. I use it with the tall chubby DWL 50AT SMA antenna (£9 from Amazon) that is a direct replacement for the tiddly SMA one that comes with D-Link, and other, routers and PCI cards. This cable has a standard SMA (one male/one female) fitting, so it easily fits in between the antenna socket and antenna. All fittings are gold plated.Using a simple signal strength meter I found the strongest nearby signal location to the PC. To do this you need something like the excellent Kensington 'WIFI Finder Plus' that has a 6 LED strength meter and cost £14 from Amazon. Using this Hawking antenna extension cable I have now put the wireless antenna 4ft above the PC monitor where the signal is very strong at 4 LEDs (dropping to 2 LEDs occasionally) compared to zero to 1 LEDS at the back of the PC. I now have a 54 .0 Mbps (full strength/fastest speed) wireless network all the time. So if your wireless network isn't running at full speed or frequently drops out, try some high gain antennas, a WIFI strength meter and one or two of these Hawking extension cables. It's a lot cheaper than re-investing in new MIMO or Pre-N hardware.I bought my Hawking extension lead from an Amazon reseller and it arrived promptly. D-link make a similar SMA extension lead to this and it is available on Amazon, but it is a bit more expensive. This one worked very well for me though, is well made, and was very good buy at under £[...].
