The media could not be loaded. This light is definitely a 'throwy' more than a 'floody', by which I mean that it's not designed to illuminate the full spread of a field, but it will shine a column straight to the end (and the next field, and then some!) It was perfect for a coastal path, and perhaps the photo and video doesn't do it full justice but it's worth watching because from pitch black you see how it comfortably illuminated the full height down the cliff path, and you can see the three intensity settings. The construction is solid. It's a full machine aluminium housing, with rubber gaskets and a plastic-type lens. The reflector is a chromed smooth finish, with very deep channels which can you see if my pictures and this helps throw the light beam forwards. The emitter PCB is a pretty substantial aluminium backed variety which helps disperse the heat generated, which passes through into the torch body too. It's powered by 4x 18650 cells which are accessible by removing the tailcap and undoing four machine screws, however this is not essential as it has it's own in-built USB-C based charging circuit (but I always like to do a bit of a tear down of a new torch so I can see how well it's assembled).Even on the lowest power setting, in contrast to night time moonlight, this is still a very powerful torch with an impressive effective beam distance for the money. The higher power levels are just the icing on a very tasty cake for me.

Great torch. Capable of lighting a whole room. Point it at the ceiling and the light diffuses to fill the room. Great for nighttime dog walks.

This is the 2nd time I got this. My 1st did me proud 👏. Lasting years, many drops without silicon cover. (Waist hight) also able to change 18650's to better output ones. Plus all you need is 1 not 4( just less time usages) my previous device worked great...until last year display wasn't reading properly. Then early this year stopped working at all. So thr reason I got another...but this time a silicon sleeve for it.Oh my repurchased one using different batteries. Not ones I got with it.

Compact, bright and a good torch, unfortunately stopped working within 2 months of purchase, and only a few times used for short periods

So my first torch bought in 2019 was damaged by using an equivalent usb charger when the original was mislaid on holiday,it’s now out of warranty so probably to expensive to repair but I’ve looked at other torches and this one does what it says on the box.,extremely bright ,long lasting charge for my use.The first torch is now in the car for emergencies only I’ve unscrewed the 1850 batteries and charged them individually,nothing goes to waste and if you break the lens glass semlos will replace free of charge.

I bought this mainly for self protection in the home. Imagine having intruders at night, if you tried to defend yourself with something such as a baseball bat you would have to get fairly close to the intruder and risk being hurt yourself. With this little baby you shine it in their eyes, the light is so bright that you disable your unwanted visitors instantly, you just keep your distance from them and the torch pointing at their eyes, and they certainly won't be coming towards you. It'll be sometime before they'll be able to see properly again and hopefully, not before the boys in blue arrive!

i have used the torch since i purchased it but now it will not charge what should i do it's know good now i don't know if it is the charger cable
