I recently treated myself to a new car after 16 years, so the last thing I wanted to do was get it all dirty. However, with a toddler, it's almost impossible to keep a car clean. I didn't have a child car seat protector or kick mat in my old car so I decided to invest in them to give my new car a fighting chance. The package came quickly and packed nice and neat, easy to unfold and use and fits under my son's car seat nicely. The kick mat is a Godsend because that's all my son does...kick the back of seats. It works great. It's wide enough to cover the entire back of the passenger side seat and stays in place once you get it fastened correctly. For the price, I'm satisfied with my purchase. It gets the job done.

The product arrived promptly and in good condition. The seat cover for under the child's seat appears well made and better than others we have researched. It covers the area well and provides what appears to have a substantial amount of thickness to it to protect the underlying seat. The upright rear seat cover is larger than most, both in width and length. This is good as others are a bit short or narrow. Looks to be well made but the test will be over time and how it stand up to the probing feet and hands of our grandchildren. The bottom hold down straps though are made in a such a way that they loop around the front seat. Every car seat is dimensional different (we have a Subaru Forester) but the placement of the strap does not allow for the seat back seat cover to be pulled down cover in a manner where it will lie flat against the seat. It may be better to design in some sort of an option where the two hold down straps can loop under the seat and be connected, say with "S" hooks so that it would pull the cover down. In summary, very good product compared to others we tried and researched. The test of time will reveal its durability. Back seat cover can be designed a bit better to allow for the cover to be better installed.

I was worried about the quality of the product for the price, but I am pleased so far.I have a Ford Edge with black leather seats and marks were being left from the child seats. I bought this product to prevent the marks in the seats and keep footprints off the back of the front seats. So far it has met both goals just fine.Pros- Material on this protector is thick enough in the right places (the four corners on the bottom seat portion) and prevents the child seat from leaving marks.- The stitching is high quality and does not look in danger of coming out even with heavy use- The mesh pockets have proven more useful than anticipatedCons- The PoppyTootToot name and logo is ridiculous and too conspicuous- There is no structure on the top of the kick mat to keep it flat against the seat. The product picture is misleading; the kick mat would never stay flat against the seat with the only connection being the hanger from the head rest. I added a dowel along the top and fixed it just fine.I imagine a more expensive product is nicer, but for the money I don't think these can be beat.

So far so good. The car seat protector is pretty thick, I was pleasantly surprised. However I haven't removed it to see how my seat looks underneath. I still put a small blanket underneath because it looks like the grid of the seat protector may leave indentations on my leather seats.The kick mat leaves something to be desired. It has straps that wrap around to the front of the passenger seat and I find them unsightly. The kick mat also dips down a bit around the top strap, so it's not flush against the seat and droops a bit. The kick mat does come with pockets on both sides which I totally don't understand because you can't use both sides. I would've preferred if they had put all the pockets on one side so they are useable.

Used these to save our brand new leather seats when installing kids safety car seats in our SUV. Didn't leave any marks on our brand new light grey leather seats. Caught the crumbs and easy to clean up. Will use them again on next trip, only will probably be using booster seats for grandkids by then. Where we went was very hot and had no problems with these seat covers and no indentations from car seats either!

This is the second seat protector I have purchased from poppy toot toot and we like them a lot. I had originally purchased one from them and one from another company, but this one works far better. It leaves minimal indentations on the actual car's seat, and those disappear very quickly. It was also a good deal because we needed a kick protector as my son is now forward facing. All in all I'm impressed.

I was thrilled with the protection this provided the seat under my child's booster seat. It has a split in the perfect spot for the seat belt. It's easy to clean. One thing that i'm not thrilled about is, the strap that holds it up and wraps around the head rest has ripped and torn off. So, that part seems less durable than the rest of it. The piece that goes on the back of the car seat for storage is pretty good - I've had no issues with that. We use it quite a bit.

Update 8-31-17I've since bought 2 more of these for my wife's new car. They are great for protecting the leather from the carseat/booster seat. The back protectors are work fine, I don't really like how they look, but whatever. I would recommend these to anyone with kids and leather interior.Original reviewSeem nice and sturdy.
