Great product that does not have the nasty aftertaste. I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks, but so far so good.

I've been using these for 2 weeks and lost 12 pounds. I am not dieting. The only problem I have sometimes, when I take them, it will cause me to have an upset stomach which only lasts for about 20 seconds or so. I take them with food, not before it. I do not have any other issues. I do recommend these. They do work.

I have recommended these pills to all my friends! It really works. I was looking for a pill to help me slim down without the jitters and caffeine. I’ve never taken diet pill before and decided to start with something natural. Based on the reviews I decided to buy them. I honestly didn’t read what it claimed it did. Until I was raving about how they’ve changed my life.I have IBS, so my stomach is sensitive to everything. I am always suffering from severe stomach pains, bloating, and IBS issues.I decided to start taking the pills at night with a meal. After 3 days of taking the pills I noticed how flat my stomach was. I have no bloating and no BM issues!! I also noticed I was NOT hungry at all and had less acidity in my gut. I haven’t been taking the pills long enough to notice any weight loss. But no longer have hunger pains, and no more bloating. I definitely feel skinnier!Oh and there’s a bit of a sour taste to the pills. But they’re Apple Cider Vinegar pills. So DAH! You’re gonna a bit of sourness. The taste isn’t bad enough to stop me from taking these miracle workers.

Update: it didn't work for me... I think it was more like a placebo effect on the first day than anything else (because I REALLY wanted it to work). It also made me nauseated for about 15-20 minutes, usually about one hour after I took it, every time. Ugh. I also ended up gaining 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks.Yes, you do get a free bottle if you give them a review. But a responsible buyer (that still wants to get a free bottle) should always go back and post an update after using the product for a while... I just wish everybody would do the same. :/Initial review: Took it today for the first time and, for my surprise, I'm not hungry. I've been stress eating like crazy lately, so I'm really hopeful that these pills will help me out. So far so good. Will post updates as we go.

I, just recently, bought this item to help me w/weight loss. I DO like that, thus far, this brand is the highest amount of acv available on the market - at least, as far as I've found. They seem to be a great value for the price that I paid. The capsules also come in a dark plastic bottle to help keep the acv fresh. It's only been a couple of days, but, so far, no ill side effects. I do seem to feel a bit more energetic & not as fatigued/lethargic, as is usually the case for me. However, I can't single out the acv capsules &/or say for certainty that the extra pep in my step is directly related. My only complaint, for the moment, is the taste of the pills on your tongue/in your mouth, which is that of strong vinegar. Per the directions, you're to take 2 capsules daily, so you'll need to have a big glassful of water ready to help get the capsules down.
