There’s water stuck in it. How do you get it out? I don’t want mold

I couldn’t get the water out so ended up throwing it out.

The main description says 11" but by looking at the details it says 8x4x1? Which is it? Prior questions also mention dimension issues, seller issue?

Yes it does. Mine floats fine. Tip: The hole at the bottom can let in water. Simply use some 100% silicone and seal it shut for good. Mine floats in our hot tub 2 years going...
