Super Lube Sportsman Kit (11520)

Effective lube for firearm springs.Highly Recommend.

I use this oil for everything. The choice between liquid and gel is extremely handy for different situations. I mostly purchased this to lubricate the parts on a 3D printer. While it lubricates very well, it does need to be re applied quite often, about once or twice a month for parts like the lead screw.Another reason for this purchase is that it was recommended to help make my Saitek X52 joystick a little smoother but it only ended up making it worse. It seems to cause binding between plastic and metal parts that slide on each other under a constant force like a spring. It made the joystick feel very 'sticky' as it needed more force to break free and start moving. I cleaned off the superlube with isopropyl alcohol and then rubbed a piece of bees wax on the steel shaft where the centering spring rides. The bee's wax completely removed all binding and made it buttery smooth, perfect for small precise movements.

I'm using this on folding knives and it's a great kit. I couldn't decide between using oil or grease, brands etc. Super Lube came highly recommended across various online communities, among others.What I like about Super Lube is that it is food safe.I used the grease on some bearings tonight and was able to tighten down the pivot screws much better after, where before if the pivot screws were that tight the blade wouldn't swing open and closed very well. The grease tube has quite a small opening, which makes precise placements easy.The oil is also amazing. I would guess it is somewhere around an 80 weight, it doesn't run, even if you place it on something vertical, really useful that it's thicker like that. I love the pen applicator, very easy to control. Get this!

Great products!! This is a great way to sample Super Lube products or if you're already aware of their "awesomeness"... this is a great little kit to throw into a tool kit/roll, tackle box, etc.! 👍 Super Lube products are superb, synthetic performers along with being food grade/food preparation area approved. 🏆

Very excellent lubricant, I use it mainly on my RC cars and small things, doesn't attract as much dirt as other things I have used. Seems to be very long lasting. Great for squeaky hinges, the liquid is very low viscosity and gets into tight area's. Only rating 4 of 5 due to cost for the quantity, they are quite proud of this unicorn milk.

Great for the gun case, rifle bag, truck or range bag.

Awsome grease and oil perfect for 1911s grease the rails oil the barrel bushing and hammer and gtg.

I use the pocket version for keeping my spinning wheels happy. The other, I use around the house and on the car. Love this stuff, and this little kit was perfect, since I don't use a ton of it, and it fits in a small carry bag when I take my wheel out to a fiber fest or guild.
