ChefLand 2 Piece Cocktail Shaker, 15-Ounce and 30-Ounce, Stainless Steel

As others have said, the items do not look like the pair in the picture. Make no mistake however, they work very well, and at the price, are a great value. Another reviewer scoffed at the idea of using them as a pair. Nonsense. There are Boston Shakers, which are a combo of a tin and a pint glass, and there are a "pair of tins" which most cocktail mixologists prefer. The glass in a Boston shaker pair might be what you are used to seeing, and they are great for mixing and dumping into the pint glass itself, but as a cocktail shaker the tins cool the drink faster and melt less ice since a heavy glass doesn't need to be chilled. As my picture shows, the way the small tin fits into the large tin (30 and 15 oz respectively, just as described, if not pictured in the listing) is perfect for shaking with one hand, as the index finger secures the smaller shaker inside the larger on as I shake. Mine arrived sealed in plastic, with no flaws or fingerprints. They seal perfectly, and work exactly as expected.

I purchased this "set" of cocktail shakers as an addition to our bar set to be used as a Boston shaker. The shakers are good quality stainless steel, but I feel the small shaker should be a little bigger because it goes too far down into the large shaker (about half way) when it finally reaches the point it will seal to shake a cocktail.

Excellent build quality, and the size is perfect for shaking up just one or two drinks. The smaller vessel is ideal for stirring up non-shaken drinks, too.If you've never had a weighted-bottom shaker, you will be very pleasantly surprised (I was) at how much better the weighted ones work. I'm probably going to buy another set of these, I like them that well.I don't wash them in the dishwasher, as I'm pretty sure that would damage the surface finish and might even get water trapped in between the weight and cup. That would be bad.

Solid cocktail shaker but the top portion of the shaker is smaller than the one pictured here. It cuts down on the quantity of fluid you can shake because the seal sinks so low into the main shaker. It still works, you just have to be mindful of how much you're trying to shake so it doesn't overflow and spill.

Just what I was looking for without all the crazy expenses of beautiful but not-so-functional cocktail shakers. The BEST way to shake cocktails is with a pint or rocks glass top and one of these metal shakers. Forget the James Bond martini shaker sets. They look nice but they are a pain to open, strain and clean. These are perfect!

This is the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. The two pieces are nothing like pictured. The small piece (15 oz) is too small and it falls straight into the big piece (30-oz, twice the size). A vendor who sells something that absolutely does not and will not work has no conscience. I have no time to return this piece of crap. I just want to warn others: DO NOT buy from this vendor. They misadvertise and mislead. A shaker is not rocker science. Two cups that fit together to form a shaker. How very disappointing!!!! STAY AWAY.

Work great, and seem to be well made. I just wish the small cup was a little bigger - it seems like it sits a little too far inside the larger one. Because of this, I actually just use a beer glass instead of the small shaker. It's a much more comfortable fit.

I like to play "Jr. Mixologist" and have been wanting this kind of shaker for years. I'm very happy with it. Seals well so drinks don't splatter when you shake, unlike the one I had before (that was a glass and a metal shaker, that made a mess). Stores easily by nesting and I even fit the strainer, bar spoon, and shot glass when I store it. If you like to play with your cocktails or just want to make a basic martini, I would highly suggest you get this!

Holds booze to mix as good as any comparable glass container.

Yo pensaba utilizarla como una coctelera Boston pero debido a las dimensiones no es posible hacerlo bien ya que el baso pequeño llega a la mitad del grande. La conservaré esperando encontrar otro uso para ella. Los materiales son buenos para su precio. Si sabes el uso correcto para darle seguro es una buena compra.

No me gustó pésima calidad al primero uso se despegó la tapa de abajo parece que venía pegada con chicle obvio lo regrese

Works great! Be careful though, the rims are sharper than they appear.
