This really helped me to how to train my German Shepherd and it got me to learn a bit of my German shepherd so that was really good because I didn't have to buy a different book I would really recommend this book to beginners like me

Easy to read and understand. Author explains how each skill is used to prepare puppy for the next step. Puppy needs to learn 1 before 3 because skill 2 is just as important. I learned a lot! Thanks!!

I didn't get some of information but its still good.I dont believe all it said but i think that mite be because this is my dads kindle and i'm about to start third grade.

Great book to read for those wanting to learn how to start off on the right track when bringing home and raising their new GSD pup.

Easy to understand and very informative

This is the first book I read that is really practical. She says what, why and how. And when I say "how", I mean it. She goes step by step guiding the whole process in simple, straight forward, short sentences. I am excited to apply my newly acquired knowledge on my dog.

I think that most of what is written will apply to all dogs, but that's to be expected. The book does contain some breed-specific insight which is helpful. Regardless, the book is well written with good information. I recommend it.
