Use strong elastic elastic hair of Sable. You can draw thin lines. It is usually used as an eyeliner brush.

Not the best eyeliner brush I've owned
Just OK. Doesn't clean up very well (bristles separate a bit after washing). The one I purchased several years ago through Amazon - and loved - wasn't available any longer so I tried this one. I'll probably opt for a different one next time.
