Mediherb Adrenal Complex 40 Tabs

My acupuncturist gave me my first bottle and from there I am not on my second.I'm so happy with the results. It's strange when you have been running on adrenaline for so long and finally get to a space where you are relaxed, and the body isn't subconsciously stressed. I almost had forgotten what this feeling is like.I use it daily - with a break here and there. When I have meetings and a lot of demands, expectations and responsibility, I take 3 a day. Its recommend no more than 4 a day.Out of all the supplements this one has really made a significant difference in my life as a whole.I hope this review helps.

This is absolutely my favorite adrenal complex on the market. It's professional grade too.

I am an RN BSN with 14 yrs treating family naturally with herbs etc. I found myself after two huge stressors having low cortisol. I had treated it with help of a nutritionist but could not get my 11-1 cortisol level in normal range. I was experiencing a tired period mid morning- through afternoon. I was on a sugar free low carb diet. Once my nutritionist started me on this formula the tiredness went away. I have been taking 2 every morning for a few months now and feel pretty confident my mid morning cortisol level has returned in normal range.Please note that licorice is not for those with high blood pressure problems and low potassium as some have given negative reviews and might have had low potassium levels when taking.

Adrenal Complex ["AC"] has done wonders for some issues I've been having. I'm peri-menopausal and have struggled with a hormone imbalance bringing chronic hives, angioedema and erythema. (I take 2 per day, one week per month) The AC has kept things in check. Not cured, BUT my outbreaks are more manageable. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR POTASSIUM IS LOW, you may experience some dizziness, heart palpitations, or slight chest pains. STOP taking immediately! I had some issues, but then started taking Standard Process' Organically Bound Minerals ["OBM'] (6 per day) for a month and didn't have any problems after that. You will need to follow up with OBM, however, as the AC depletes potassium in system. (I now take 3 OBM a day - w/o any problems). Love this product. It also helped my energy levels - LOVE this product!!

This is a supportive and nourishing herbal supplement. I have taken it for 12 months.

I am trying this again after a few years, still the same bottle. The last time I took this, my holistic chiropractor suggested it to me during a very difficult work season. I absolutely couldn't sleep while I was taking it. I am eager to see if it was this or general anxiety surrounding work. I only mention this here because I saw another person say that they also experienced severe insomnia while on this pill & my chiropractor did say that it could occur. So, please be cautious when taking this if you're in a particularly busy season of life where sleep is paramount. I'll update when after a week of taking this again my experiences this time.

Not sure if this is a placebo batch.. first time I've bought this supplement and it not work..
