My daughter wore this for Halloween and won two costume contests. Fit perfectly she’s two and wears 12-18 months. My only issue was the straps I didn’t like the way they sat on her neck, so I just tied them into a bow through the back of the dress.

Although my daughter never got to wear it do to Halloween parade being canceled at school because of the fires here in California. The costume was beautiful and well made. The tutu part was well made and very puffy loved every bit of it

I just received this wrinkled dress with no hat/band piece and it specifically states the head piece comes with it! I paid almost 30 bucks for this? PLEASE send the hat, it is an important part of this costume.... WOW smh

Ordered ahead of time, for my daughter’s 5th birthday. IT WAS PERFECT! She wouldn’t take it off. I love how it was extra fabric for underneath the tutu area! True to size and would order again!

Overall great quality. I love that the tutu is actually full unlike some others that just fall flat. I did have to hot glue a couple things together but easy fix and I would definitely buy again!

My oldest’s birthday was a Carnival themes, and this was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

It took forever to get here. It's an open bottom and my daughter needed it for a dance performance. She has to wear dance shorts under it.
