Great bit of kit
Great bit of kit,I can now take close-ups with auto focus working. Understand that the auto focus will only work if you are close to the subject. The picture was taken at Aperture priority set at F22. Duration was auto at 1/30 sec, ISO 200 with the lens set at 134mm and flash GN10. Distance to target approx 12 inch. Picture quality will depend on the lens and camera sensor as opposed to only adding magnifying 'filters' to the front of the lens.

Works well as expected
Two tube rings which can be stacked offering 10mm, 16mm or 26mm of offset between lens and camera body. They work well for reducing the lens minimum focus point and allowing macrophotography. If you have choices of lens as well as these tubes it takes some experimentation to know how to position for a given subject and works best with a very stable camera set up. As claimed they pass data between camera body and your lens so that autofocus and exposure still work but only once you have subject and camera within the new working distance range. They fit well with my MFT body and lenses. So far they seem to be a good quality product and hence good value compared to some of the other much more expensive equivalents.

Good value, quality product. Takes patience to get best results.
Good value for money, seems well made and robust. My camera (Olympus omd eM1 ii) which has class leading auto focus, struggles to focus with any of the tubes on. This is probably to be expected as I’m using the tubes with a 60mm macro lens so the focus distance is small and dept of field is paper thin at this magnification. I find the best method is to use manual focus, and move the camera back and forth.

Intro to Macro - On a Budget
For the price these are a really fun addition. Be aware that as they are simply extenders you will find image quality suffers. chromatic abberation and vignetting will increase regardless of the quality of your lens as it isn't designed to have this massive gap. The fit is OK but has a slight wobble, which may be disconcerting with any heavy lenses. I compared using these with a rather large telephoto zoom lens to my 60mm macro lens, and whilst the image quality simply couldn't match, for the price you can't really go try. A good way to explore macrophotography without spending a load.

Make Any Lens A Macro
I wasn't expecting much from these tubes as they were cheap, however I thought it was a good starting point for my journey into the world of macro photography. How I was wrong! These tubes are fantastic, I use them with a 45mm 1.8 to gain close up images of bugs, the detail, the colour, the AF is spot on! They are a little tricky to use with such narrow DOF but they are perfect.Would totally recommend them.
