Very beautiful clock! Loved this for the attractive pendulum. It was very well packed and reached intact within a day of ordering. They have also sent 2 batteries required - one for pendulum and another for clock. It was easy to insert batteries and back panel.

Using this since almost a year. Pendulum had some issues last month and was not working properly even after battery change, but now it's working well again. Extremely beautiful and just like the product photos.

Beautiful Indeed!
One of the main reasons I ordered this clock is because of the pendulum. It is a battery driven clock, but I expected the pendulum to move. Is the pendulum damaged or is it just a show item? The main glass has a few scratches as well. I like the overall look of the clock, the delivery package was good. UPDATED REVIEW: I called the company regarding the pendulum and they were willing to even video call to help me. It turns out that one of the batteries they sent was bad. I changed the battery and the pendulum works now. So, remember that one battery is for the clock and one for the pendulum. Customer service is great. They genuinely tried to resolve the problem and were very courteous on the phone. Wonderful clock...it is a must for a personal office. I am overlooking the minor scratches as they are not visible unless you are too close to the clock.

Pendulum is discoloured. Image shows golden imprint but in real it is plastic pendulum with black sticker on it.
