Great value for the money, good looking watch!
The watch arrived ahead of estimate from Amazon. I was first impressed by the packaging from Invicta. A substantial, yellow presentation box which opened to reveal a carefully packaged and protected watch. It actually took me a few minutes to remove all of the protective "cling" plastic that covered the crystal, the watch back and even the bracelet. At first I thought the bracelet felt a little cheap until I realized it was shrink-wrapped plastic I was feeling. The case is heavy, and the back cover is nicely brushed and engraved. At 45mm diameter, the watch doesn't overwhelm a more slender wrist. It certainly can't be considered small, but it definitely doesn't come off as gaudy or "hey, look at my big watch"! However, the crystal, blue face and jewel-like appearance of the bezel have definitely elicited notice and positive comments. Definitely more impressive in person than in the photos. The chronograph functions make the watch visually interesting and technical-looking without being too "busy". Since setting the watch two weeks ago, it seems to have kept time accurately. I haven't gotten it wet yet, so I cannot vouch for it's water resistance performance. I haven't experienced the crown getting pulled out inadvertantly, as some comments have indicated - the retention seems solid enough. The watch bracelet was easy to size correctly at home, helped by the direction indicator arrows on the inside surface of the links and a cheap set of watch tools purchased through Amazon. The unidirectional bezel turns easily with a slightly metallic-sounding ratcheting function that isn't objectionable. Really, the only negative I've noticed is that the bracelet sounds a little cheap. By that I mean that it occasionally makes almost a quiet, creaking noise when the bracelet is flexed. It doesn't bother me enough to deduct a star, certainly not at the roughly $75 that I paid for a watch that looks great, feels substantial on your wrist and appears to keep good time. My first Invicta, and if this is the quality I can expect, it will not be my last.

Beautiful watch at a bargain price!
I'm a watchaholic for sure... I've seen the Invicta's before at various stores, and have always admired the look and feel of their timepieces. Unfortunately, being a watchaholic, right now I'm stuck on quantity over quality, choosing to purchase low cost/quality designer pieces vs. good quality products (which allows me to fuel my addiction on a more regular basis). When I saw this Invicta on Amazon.com at their low prices, I HAD to get one. I wasn't disappointed. This piece is a beautiful, well weighted, quality watch at an extremely affordable price. I Googled it before I bought it, and found most places were selling the same watch for nearly double the price, and in some cases the price was near $200. When I received the watch, it was packaged nicely. I paid an extra $15 at the local jeweler to have it sized, and it's now one of my favorite watches. I've only had it for about a week, and I have already received many compliments on it's size, color and design. I was sooooo impressed, I bought two more of the Invicta's last Friday via Amazon. I can't wait to get them!

Beautifully crafted and hefty business/office watch for under $60!
This is a very well made watch, feels quality and hefty. I wear this as my main work/business watch as the size is just nice and looks sophisticated. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars because:- the lower stud was a bit "loose"/"sticking out a bit more than the upper stud. But so far noone noticed it and still "stays put" so I can live with that. Not planning to go in the water anyway (meant for office wear).- the stopwatch hand does not align at 12 o'clock. Sometimes plus/minus off by few seconds. Again, it doesn't irk me too much as I rarely use stop watch and it doesn't detract too much from the rest of this beautifully crafted watch.I guess there's bit of QA issues Invicta (hence the significantly lower price than other swiss quartz makers) and I took my chance and was unlucky a bit, but overall it still tells reliable time and I really love the looks! It's a keeper.

Piece fell off immediately
When it arrived and I peeled off the plastic protector over the watch crystal the white ornament at the 12 o'clock position on the bezel fell out. I may not even have noticed it if I did not have the instructions open and saw this little metal piece floating around on it. In the fear that more pieces may just fall off, I sent it back. I am thinking of ordering another one in the next couple weeks because it is a beautiful watch but at this point I am not holding much hope in the construction of the watch. I might have just received a bad watch. I read nothing about that small piece for anyone else falling out or that it was a place holder of some sort. I will update this post later if I order another.

The watch is definatly 5 stars, the band?
The watch head is very nice, well detailed with a nice vibrant dark blue. The band is actually very nice for this price point, but used rolled links. I should not have expected solid links especially at this price but I did. My only other Invicta an Ocean Ghost, which is many years old and still running well, came with a solid link at a price point near this. But that said even if not a solid link bracelet it is well made and should be durable. The watch was easy to size and wears comfortably. It's easy to read and the dials understandably as marked. The stem and pusher are easy to operate and sure feel to them. Did I mention the color? Of course I did as it's arguably one of the more elegant tones I have seen among the offerings of several brands. Anyway even with what may seem a complaint it is a nice watch and well worth the money.
