I love this product. I use 3 drops instead of 2 and if I am having a hard time sleeping still, one extra drop takes care of it. I don’t wake up groggy and have been much more functional during the day in this past year that I have been using it.

I take this at night alone or sometimes with a magnesium capsule. I really helps .e to fall asleep & sleep calmly and restful for hours. But sometimes I take a dropper full alone & I still have a hard time falling asleep even though my eyes be heavy. This is good but not worth $32 purchase again.

The first few times I used it I slept so good. That dwindled away a bit, BUT, when I cannot sleep I don’t have the frustration I usually have. It keeps bit relaxed and calm, which in turn helps me fall asleep a some point. It just takes a while
