Are they dishwasher safe?

I only had these for a week, I would say bottles would be safe on top shelf, but not labels.

Are they painted brown?

No, these are not painted. These are some of the BEST brown glass bottles you'll ever need. I've been using them for everything from cleaning products to aromatherapy perfumes. The sprayers work great and the brown glass protects volatile oils. Buy them!

Do all the roller bottles comes with there own roller ball?

In the kit that I received, there were enough roller balls for all of the 10 ml bottles.
