Solid Grill
So far so good with this grill. Compact design but doesn't lack in cooking power. Legs fold for storage but are also easily removed which I do for storage in my RV while traveling. Real deal cooking grates which I seasoned per instructions. I have cooked chicken, burgers, hotdogs, potatoes and steaks on this baby and have been pleased. Very even heat and cooks well. I purchased the hose/fitting RV kit and have it connected to my RV gas supply. It gets plenty hot. If I have one complaint I would say low heat is still pretty hot but you can shut off one burner and move items towards the side that's off if you need to keep items hot but not cooking. Overall solid grill, I would say up there with the best of them.

Great Camper Unit
Great quality and performance. Made really nice and easy to take anywhere. You can actually fit a lot of food on here so the size is not an issue feeding multiple people. Holds heat really well and cooks nice. Really good grease trap and cleans up easy

You may think it's small but it's not.
I had heard about Napoleon grills but I thought that they only made large built in grills for outdoor kitchens, I didn't know they made smaller and even portable grills. I was intrigued by this "small" Napoleon. I wanted to give it a fair review and so I now have had it and have used it, at least weekly, for six weeks. I have cooked burgers (eight at once with room for more), steaks, veggies, stuffed peppers and mushroom caps and even a roast leg of lamb. Each and every one tasted amazing. I don't know if it's the shape of the or what? but things cooked more evenly, with great char and smoke. Something that I never felt that I got from our large (6 burner) grill. I feel like you would almost have to cook badly in order for something to not turn out. I had planned ahead and already had the adapter for the twenty pound propane tanks (found a wicker basket with lid that works perfectly and fits on the rack below) . I always kept two on hand just in case, as our large grill is so thirsty. And speaking of which, I thought I would keep it for parties and such but I don't want to serve food that isn't as good as I can make it...so I think the big grill has to go. We'll just invite fewer guests (although I haven't really pushed this small grill's capacity yet). As soon as I'm done here I'm going to list the old behemoth on Craigslist for free, I'm sure it will be gone by sunset. I think that I'll enjoy the space more than I will miss the grill.

More fragile than expected
Cons: This grill is not easy to transport. The front knobs, which are the most fragile part are very exposed during transportation. If those knobs get damaged your whole system is not going to work. I broke mine that way and tried to get the parts replaced under warranty. Napoleon would not replace them because I was not using the correct hose from my 20lb tank to the grill. They say you must use the 3ft adaptor they produce, part number 66004. You can find this hose on Amazon. The grill is also quite heavy Pros: The cast iron grill is great. It heats up well and is very durable. Customer service was very helpful and did a video call with me to help me try to fix the problem I was having. It would be a great grill for someone who doesn't plan on traveling with it or is only going to take it on short car rides.

An on-the-go workhorse, well-built, cooks great
I've been happy with this gas travel grill - it has been on many trips with me, with more planned for the future. It is well built, but not *super* portable. I mean, it's portable, yes, but it's bigger than you might expect and it's a touch cumbersome and heavy for one person to comfortably carry unless they're a linebacker. The main thing is that it has always worked well. It gets quite hot and provides a fantastically even cooking surface thanks to the clever layout/design. In fact, I suggest taking it easy on the heat as a rule until you learn the grill - go slow and be patient, because once it gets really hot, it can be difficult to control the heat. It's just a lot of firepower for a small cooking area, which is a nice problem to have but you do need to pay attention as you go. I have had minor issues with the elements getting dirty and needing to be cleaned before they would work well, but not much worse than with just about any grill. So I do recommend being diligent about a thorough take-apart cleaning when you get back home, or after every other use or so. Worth the money, I'd say, and I believe it will last a lifetime.

Works well
All in all this is a too performer. Transports well, with the exception of the drip pan and drip pan holder popping out of the cradle kinda easily. It gets hot enough to seer steaks and pretty much works for any outdoor tailgating event. Keep an eye on the temp because it takes awhile for it to stabilize the heat, up or down. If it’s too hot it’ll take a bit for it to come back to your preferred temp. Definitely worth the purchase.

Works great until it doesn't. Huge Dissapointment.
I bought this and used it for about 2.5 years before problems began to plague my bbq preps. Even though the grill was meticulously maintained, the flame would not hold and would often extinguish on its own even without wind. No warning! Required constant monitoring. Don't buy this CANADIAN product. POOR Napoleon distribution and service! POOR VALUE. POOR HEAT CONSISTENCY. The score reflects 2.5 years of good performance after which the grill became unuseable.

Paid up and glad I did
Was completely dissatisfied with the grills I'd used when camping in our travel trailer. Tried a couple of Weber options and wasn't happy with the uneven heat and tough cleanup. After researching I came up with the Napoleon which seemed a bit pricy and also as it turns out, not easy to find. Glad I stuck with it! Well constructed and a bit heavy (the only downside) but very much like the two burner options and self start. The heavier construction allows for even cook temp. The large cook surface and higher lid overhead has provided a slow cook/bake option for my 10" cast iron skillet. Couldn't be happier, loading up my previous travel grills for Goodwill
