First, the good: I like the inner "pillow" padding built into this brace. It really is pretty comfortable.Now for the rest: The Velcro fastening is weak and doesn't stay hooked overnight. The thumb holes are made for someone with small thumbs, and are very painful otherwise. I had to use scissors to make them larger. The sewn-in metal brace is too short. It allows for a lot of movement, meaning a lot of pain if trying to sleep with this on. I ended up using those scissors again to remove the brace and replace it with one from an old brace that I had worn out from long usage.I'm cheap, :-), so I'll use this until it wears out. I'll never buy another one.

I have a chronic carpel tunnel situation going.... I sleep in a brace and use whenever I am doing things that get my wrist flared up - like vacuuming. I had the old style without the padding... but found that the palm of my hand frequently painful due to the metal support in the brace. With the padding in this one, I have no issues with palm pain... the support remains the same... makes it much more of a choice than a pain to use!!

My doctor told me to sleep with these for a medical issue, and the first night, I woke up with severe pain on my thumb. There was no problem with my thumb before this. Now, my thumb has been extremely sore and unusable for a month since that one use. I can't imagine how the splint damaged my thumb, but I regret using this.

These are lightweight and comfortable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars for comfort is that they are a little long, but that's not a problem compared to some others I have tried. I have slept really well while wearing them and don't wake up in the middle of the night with tingly hands.

I have purchased several different braces for my carpal tunnel and this on is by far the best one. I like the padded support in palm of hand. I used after my carpal tunnel surgery and wish i had found this one prior to buying different ones that were hard to get on and had that metal support which to me was very uncomfortable.

Got this brace because I needed one for my left hand. This one is nice bc it works for either hand. It's soft and the palm had a nice cushion. I think it needs to be a little shorter. Or maybe I need to have longer arms. It does get pushed off a little but for sleep I don't think it matters.

The wrist splint is very well made and not flimsy in its construction. Although it seems complicated to put on, I found that it does slip on the hand like a glove. It is as bit more padded than I like and thus it is rather difficult to wear during the day for regular daily activities. However, it is soft and padded so well that it is great to wear to bed and gives great, comfortable support.

Waiting to have surgery for carpal tunnel and this helps with nighttime sleeping. Very comfortable compared to those wrist braces with a metal bars.
