USE-METHOD1.Open the valve before opening the lid to discharge the hot air in the box, Then open the locks on four sides of the lunch box and romove the lid.(Negative pressure is easily formed in the lunch box when the temperature is low. Nice size
My husband uses this to bring food to last him throughout his work day. It's a nice size, both the overall size and the arrangement of the compartments. We haven't experienced any leaking. (Haven't packed soup or anything. ) It seems very well made.

It does exactly as it claims. I love that its not plastic and leaking chemicals in to my food or making it taste different.

Cheap quality - lasted less than a week before it broke!
This lasted less than a week - my 4 yr old came home and one of the latches had snapped off. Cheap plastic that couldn't even withstand a 4 yr old opening and closing it. Save your money and get a different product. The only positive of this was that it was leak proof, up until the latch broke off and now is unusable. I have to return this and find something else now.

Loved it.... until it broke after one month!
I loved this bento box for my toddler daughter (as did she!) Therefore, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when it broke after one month of use! One of the snaps that seals the box closed completely broke off. I did not use it often/daily which is what made it even worse. I wrote to Amazon to get a replacement and they said that they could not issue a replacement but would send me a refund.... I wish this product lasted us longer.

Plastic snaps broke after a month. Poor quality!
Disappointed with the quality of the lid clamps. I’ve had this lunch box for just over a month, with occasional use, 2 plastic plastic clamps have broken off. Now the whole thing is useless since the kid can’t close anymore. Do not recommended!

BROKEN latches after 4 uses
Two latches broke after 4 uses making the lunch box UNUSABLE, awful and would expect the seller to replace the damages lid

Cheap plastic broke down first week
The item was broken. See the attached photos. The material is very cheap and weakly made.

Actually the product is fresh but broken and not in use :(
I liked the product very much its 100% leak proof and easy to wash. I have been used for only a month. The lunch box clips are broken and i am not satisfied with the durability. Actually the product is fresh but broken and couldn't use.You can see the pictures where the knobs are broken.
