My ball obsessed pooch has tried almost every led ball out there. My first advice is forget this one and buy the Nite Ize glowstreak instead.Now this laroo really is super bright, and it is rechargable which is a bonus.But it has several flaws. You have to unscrew the cap and turn it on and off each time you use it. And its not the easiest to open. And that plastic battery cap is a big problem. The ball is a good durable rubber, but the cap is plastic. One heavy landing ‘cap down’ on a tarmac path and the cap split. Now a small bit of something inside the battery compartment is also rattling around like it has broken off.The biggest flaw is it only stays on for 40 secs following a bounce. My dog will carry the ball in his mouth for ages, put it down for a sniff about, get distracted and then go back looking for it. By this time it has long since gone off, which defeats the purpose I bought it for.Like I said, if you want a good light up ball for your dog, the Nite Ize Glowstreak wins hands down in my opinion.

I bought this ball in Jan 24 my Dog loves itI on the other hand am very disappointed, Durability is completely rubbish.The ball is 3 months old, its not used every day and definitely not a chew toy.The ball will charge but as soon as unplugged nothing..... connection problems.My view... a complete waste of my money.If this product was replaced for me and lasted more than 3 months then I might be able to rewrite a more positive review.My Dog will be very sad I hope the company will do what is right and replace our Dog LED balls

I used this to play with in the dark, NOT with a dog.... which it was intended for. Broke it within half an hour but if gentle, i can see this being a fun toy that will last a decent amount of time.Very strong but not dazzling light. Decent design, decent product.

It's a very bright lit ball and you are guaranteed to be the coolest kid in the dog park. Unfortunately, it's not durable when it comes to chewing - so let your dogs chase after it but make sure they don't actually have the time to destroy it. It's a bit pricey and the rubber around it could have been more durable yet I recommend it (if your pet is not a monster). Tip: always carry a coin to allow you to open the lid that covers the on/off switch.

Bought this item for our greyhound who loves fetch and it enables her to play her favourite game on dark winter nights.Good points - really bright, charge lasts a couple weeks of daily walks, perfect size for ball throwers, good concept, our dog loves it.Bad points - unfortunately the ball doesn't last very long, the cap covering the charging port and switch becomes really temperamental and after a while you either can't get the cap or off, the on of switch breaks and the light randomly goes off mid throw.This is the second ball I've had and each time the same problems have happened after a couple of months. Won't be ordering again.This would be perfect if it were better built but it just doesn't last.

Didn’t last long. Only used a handful of times before the battery broke and was rattling around inside and the light no longer worked. Dog initially found it heavy and was reluctant to retrieve but got used to it. The light was initially good and it fitted in our launcher (although it was a tad small and came out easily) which was a plus but it’s no longer fit for the job I purchased it for. Would’ve been happy if it lasted but as it’s broken after a few uses I now feel it was incredibly overpriced & not well made (other reviewers have had the same problem).

This was a complete waste of money. After only a week the screw cap just started to spin on its thread and can't be removed which means it can't be turned on or off and can't be charged again. Aside from that, the ball is hard, does not bounce and weighs so much that you have to bowl it underarm so that you don't risk hitting your dog as it could cause real harm if collided with them. Another complaint is that the light, when you can turn it on, turns itself off every 30 seconds or so unless it's in motion. If you're unlucky enough for one of these 30 second cycles to land just as the ball comes to rest then you're back to hunting for the ball in the dark. It was a good idea, but poorly executed. Not worth buying in my opinion.

I wish I’d have bought this ball first instead of a “glow in the dark” one! I’ve only used it a few days as I’ve only had it that long. It’s great for playing fetch with your dog when it’s dark. I like to go out early with my dog so it’s still pitch black. Like I said I made the mistake of buying a cheaper glow in the dark ball which turned out to be rubbish so I bought this one. It’s great! It stays lit for a while so if my dog drops it before he gets to me I can still see it, unlike the cheaper ball! I wouldn’t let my dog just chew it at home or he would probably chew the plastic part covering the switch but for a game of fetch in the dark it’s ace! Definitely recommended 🙂

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the older version of this brand of ball. In my video and photos that is the orange ball. The old model had a flaw in the twist on cap because it didn’t have any protection on that part of the ball so if your dog chewed it AT ALL it would break and the light would fall out. After using the new one (the white one in my photos and video) I can say the twist on cap is much better. It makes the entire ball covered in plastic so if your dog does chew it a little running back it won’t hurt it. The new ball is white when it’s not lit up but when you light it up the light color fades and changes to different colors. I think that makes the ball not as bright but my dog can still easily see it even when it’s thrown far. Overall happy with the new model

Una pelota , tipo tenis pero luminosa . A mi la batería no se me descarga tanto y eso que no la apago , ella sola se apaga al minuto dos minutos si no la mueves .

Prodotto fatto con materiale di buona qualità non come altri giocatoli che abbiamo comprato poi venga abbandonato lì XD. Per prezzo e qualità design devo dire che siamo molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Ora possiamo anche andare al parco giocare fino tardi buio e la palla non si perde più XD! Grazie mille!
