Jewelry Brunch Open Heart Necklace 20" Chain, Sterling Silver

My girlfriend is going to love this. I can already tell they took a great deal to make sure the package was safely protected. The only thing I might find weird and maybe it's cause of the image is that the box it came in looks rather small? Maybe it's the original size as the image, but it looks a lot smaller then shown. Either way looks great! It doesn't look like it opens from one end like the image, for me seeing the image I see the bow tie on it and once removed the top cover can be removed. Maybe a new change in style for the package? A little picky, but still looks nice. Can't wait to give it to my girlfriend.

It is trash! Spray painted chain! Pure trash!

This was the most disappointing of all jewelry I bought from Amazon. The chain was only NOT a 20", but NOT A LOBSTER CLASP. The chain was knotted in 2 places. One near the SPRING clasp and 1 right at the top of the open heart where it goes through. My husband tried to get them untangled but could not. At that point, I would have sent it back anyway. Was not as advertised. It looked cheap as well. I cannot believe a vendor would send out something like this, and expect to stay with Amazon. When I called Amazon, they were not an the least sympathetic. Oh, we will send you a return label and when it gets back to us, we will return your money. I have been with Amazon for years and the quality of merchandise and service has gone down major. Now I have to wait a month or more for my money to be returned to get it elsewhete....a better one.
