Worked great for toddlers!
These were sturdy and worked great for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. They came preassembled and seemed to work well. Kids decorated them with stickers.

These hats lasted about 2 mins. Any movement when they are on, the sting breaks and a huge hassle to reattach. I was excited intially, they are colorful and look more sturdy.Overall myself and 24 other people were disappointed.

Perfect for our church Vacation Bible School craft
Children decorated these party hats with stickers for an easy craft. Easy and comfortable to wear as well. Be aware the hats are made of slightly slick shiny cardstock, so sturdy and beautiful but children couldn't write on them with marker or crayon.
