Absolutely great. The black ball is great for no gloves the red ball you will need gloves it’s very very hard the ball But amazing! Both balls great quality and all round good purchase.

Very good product
I got this because I had seen quite a few advertised on Instagram and YouTube and have heard a lot of good things about them. Its a very good product for improving accuracy, knuckle strength and reaction times without getting sweaty or going anywhere. I have a small room and it works perfectly in there so even if space is limited this is a good option

Does exactly what it says. Perfect
Simple, good value and effective. Never used one before but after an hour or so it is relatively easy to keep tapping away on the ball and build up speed.

Fun and challenging
My son got into boxing during lockdown 1 and has a punch bag hung in the garden. Not been using it at all since cold weather hit. Got him this for Xmas to try and pry him off PlayStation and it worked. It’s fun but hard enough to keep him motivated to keep it in and try

Good practice but....
loved using it. However the velcro attachment wears away VERY quickly used about 10 times and it was done.Also the red ball is too heavy to be used so have to stick to the lighter one
