This is my favorite nasal spray to use for my 1.5 year old daughter. The bottle is easy to open with one hand. The drops come out very easy which I love while wrestling a squirmy toddler. The Xylitol clears her nose really well and loosens the mucous making it easier to suction out of her nose. I love the fact that there are not a bunch of ingredients in it that I don’t even know what they are. Overall a really awesome product and I always keep our medicine cabinet stocked for cold season!

I used this last winter and I feel it really helped my congestion and it kills bacteria in the nasal area to help prevent colds. It did not cause any problems, I normally used it once or twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
