Great Value!
First, the box looked like it fell off the delivery trucks five times. I took pics in case I had to return it. Luckily, only some minor scratches, and all the parts were still in the box. Good instructions, if you follow them closely. I messed up a time or two. My fault. It was quite a work out to assemble, 2+ hours for me. So, I used it today. First, I'm 6', 190, 66 years old. It's a little wider than I'm used to at the gym for my knee/leg lifts, but I'm using some extra muscles now, and all is good. I'm using it on wall-to-wall carpeting, so it isn't rock steady, but by slowing down a bit, the wobble is minimal (I don't do any side-to-side stuff). Not perfect, but for what I paid, I'm VERY happy.

More substantial than expected. Very well designed
I was really pleasantly surprised by the sturdyness and ergonomics of this exercise tower. (I'm avg ht and wt 165 lbs). This is every bit as good as the towers I've used at gyms. A large amount of thought clearly went into the design, and the end result is very very good; amazing to find at this price range.I thought the arm rest width for the vertical knee lift was quite okay; should not be too wide for most guys imho; like other reviewer pointed out, could be an issue for some; I looked at other towers though and they all seemed to be about the same width.

Convenient
It’s convenient If you don’t have access to a gym. It did take a while to set up . However, once it’s done it’s all worth it .

Money Well Spent
Package arrived a little late and the box was pretty beat up however all pieces were intact and sealed with instructions. Assembly was pretty straightforward and there is also a YouTube video available to assist. Overall this is a solid product for this price point and I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for an affordable power tower.

Design problems, but good looking
It is difficult to purchase something on Amazon without trying. I decided to bite the bullet on this one, and had to return it. It had some nice looks, and inexpensive, and seems to do what it needs to. However the experience of using it was not good.First, it is not good for dips, because the horizontal distance between the bars in uncomfortably long. Second, you cannot do vertical leg rise (I am 6-1, maybe if you are shorter you can), only knee rise, since it has horizontal bar on the floor that your heels will be banging into. Third, the structure is not very sturdy, making pull-ups quite challenging. Pull-up bar is missing perpendicular bars, making you to twist your arms thus doing less than possible. And the last thing that I hate is vertical handles that move up and down when you do knee raise. It is too distracting and inconvenient. Should be fixed. In addition to being heavy, it does not allow height adjustment for pullups like other vendors do, which make it difficult to self-use by the youth.
