Where do i get if i require extra filter?

Contact Crompton. The one fitted in the unit is washable one. Also you can look at alternate materials for a replacement.

Does it requires an installation and if yes is it provided free while purchasing?

The fan is required to be fixed to a base (available with the pack) if installed tower / table type. Else requires 2 screws on the wall to be hanged on the wall (measurement available with the pack). No installation is provided by the company.

how it gives cool air ? because in kithen there were heated air in surrounding.

It's a fan not a air cooler. It will circulate the surrounding air only.
