Very snuggly for my chihuahua
When I first bought this it was a bit squashed from being vac packed, the top didn't stay up well, but after its first wash, it seems to have helped. My chihuahua loves it, he snuggles right in, or lays in the mouth of the nest. It washed and went into the tumble drier absolutely fine. I would recommend this

Pretty poor!
The picture is somewhat misleading, the bed does not stay open at all, the material is too thin and floppy to hold up and as a bed would not give any comfort with it having such little padding. The description is also misleading as it describes it as a removable mattress, there is nothing removable but it's that small and thin it would fit in the wash. This was meant to replace my dogs crate but I've ended up using it as a replacement mattress, as a temporary measure, until I can get a new one as I don't believe this item will last very long at all and his previous one was damaged. I would have returned it but my dog got hold of it before I could do so, waste of money.

Looks stiff, but isn’t.
Not as rigid so died t hold the shape pictured, but my dog loves its warmth & softness.

Smaller than you think.
Ordered medium but my 12lb Chi cross could hardly fit in and couldnt be used as intended.. Neither could my 14 lb Apso.Item is not true to size, so returned.Should be OK for any dog cat 7lbs or under. Otherwise the item was well made and would have been ideal if it had been big enough. I bought it for my Chi x as she loves to burrow.

Not good quality
Doesn't hold its shape and my dog pulled it apart in no time.

Doesn’t stay up
Beds like these usually stay up to their shape. This one, if it’s not held up for the dog to get in just collapses flat. Useless if the dog can’t actually open it and snuggle in. Not impressed
