FAST Tablet, Beautiful Screen
I was in the never ending search for a tablet to travel with. I was not in the mood to pay an arm and a leg. I've taken the CHUWI Hi8 on a couple quick trips already and I'm very happy. Out of the gate the Android Oreo system booted up and I was able to add all my usual apps (Netflix, Facebook, XE Currency, Amazon Prime, My Bank and Credit Cards, Norton, Skype). The system was fast and WiFi connectivity and load times are not an issue. I popped in a 128 GB Micro SD card as well. The battery lasted close to 8 hours of browsing and Netflix videos which look really good on the1920x1200 display. The front camera works great with Skype and the tablet is not a bother because it's not heavy. I am VERY happy to travel with this tablet, I will update if things change.

What a piece of crap
This is a terrible product. I bought this for my wife and was ashamed for making such a bad choice. It is no where near as good as the off-brand Ellipse tablet that I own and is over two years old and was cheaper. The touch screen is what sucks the most. You really need to bang on the screen to get the keys to register, and some times it will register an adjacent button. App start up is very slow. Battery life is very disappointing. Over the years my wife and I have had numerous tablet and phone devices, both Apple and Android. This is far and away the worst e-device that I have ever held in my hand.

good for occasional use
for it's price, this tablet is good for browsing or watching movies on wifi. ram speed is good. camera is not good. blurry front and back cameras. touch screen is not as accurate. this makes typing slow because the wrong buttons seem to be pressed, even sliding your finger to unlock the screen can take a few tries.

Good samall inexpensive Andrioid Tablet
My wife uses this to watch her medical podcasts and other videos at work and at home. She aslo uses it to read books and other documents. After a moth of use it is still going strong. She usually bangs it up pretty good because she keeps it in the pocket of her work coat. She said the battery lasts for several days of use. If it maages to survive her abuse for 6 moths and I remember to update this rewive it will get five stars. Expanded the storage space with a microsdxc card because some files she download and others she views online.

It's a great product
I absolutely love it, I have no complaints at all about this tablet. The last tablet I had I won't mention the name kept freezing up on me, I kept trying to Google information and wasn't able to to get anything, Google wouldn't respond. I have no problems with this at all. I have ordered one for my mother. Great product

Good tablet, but not for me~
The screen quality and battery life are great. It definitely needs a case because it slipped out of my hands and fell on the bed twice - there's no grip to it. I was more careful after that. Good memory because there's almost nothing preinstalled on the tablet. I didn't like the sound quality when I was watching a movie, but some others were fine. I tested the same movie on my phone and it was fine. Not sure why it didn't work on the tablet. The touch screen was sluggish and the largest font was still a bit small compared to my other tablet. In all, it's a good tablet, but just not for me.
