Rocksmith 2014 Edition with Real Tone Cable (PS4)

This work for what it is. It's an older version that did not come with everything that came with my original version but it works for what it is just fine. If you're wanting to learn to play guitar and don't need a whole lot of content this is pretty good start.

Everything looks good

Product came in original box. All items were included that was stated on box. I inserted the dvd and loaded onto ps4 and was able to start using the program. Lacking was how and where to plug in cable. A picture showed an alternative connection with external speakers. No instruction on pluging provided cable into ps4 console but did show plugging into an amp looking box. So very confusing. Should have stated plug cable into guitar and USB end into ps4 console. After starting rocksmith 2014 followed setup and made it to selecting a choice from menu. I did notice the lag they stated using the provided cable. I will investigate using an optical audio cable in future and do look forward on trying out more of rocksmith. Overall satisfied so far.

This is great for those that wish to learn regular of bass guitar. Easy to follow tutorials and even comes with preloaded classic songs to learn from very easy to mastered!!

The media could not be loaded. Did not work with playstation store. Issue to buy songs one must buy from game menu then launch playstation store.. BUT. It will not work for disk version. The download version does. Not one song can be downloaded using this product, and the cable needs to be tapped right away. I was able to play for around ten hours before the cable no longer functioned. The price is also not very competitive.

Love playing this game it helps you learn how to play the guitar easily.

I was hoping for more lessons and songs around chords. Like every other lesson app I’ve tried, they push you right into lead and string picking.
