The taste is good for a green drink. Be realistic with yourself, it's not fruit punch, but as far as green drinks, I think it's alright. It's earthy, so if you hate vegetables you might do better with the pill$.This stuff has helped me enormously. When I take this regularly I have complete control over my eating. It makes it very easy to say no to extra portions and I dont get crazy intense cravings for junk food. 👹I have lost 25 pounds since starting a weight loss program which involves a lot of walking and A LOT of controlling what I put in my pie hole (which is made possible by this green drink.)The downside is that this is expensive. I stopped taking it for about 3 weeks, thinking it wasn't worth the price. Well, after one week my appetite was harder to control and by the 3rd week I was just eating whatever I wanted because I was hungry ALL THE TIME.I've been back on this drink for 2 weeks now, and low and behold, I'm the captain again.One problem I developed was thinking, "if a little is good, more is great". Well, it started to feel like I was drinking a swamp when I make it too strong, and that's when it really got too expensive. This time around I have been sticking with the dose directions, but I do add an additional serving some days.I think what it does for me, is give me some level of nutrition (?) that my body is missing, thereby allowing me to keep Mr. Hyde 👹 locked away. If your appetite is driven by something else (emotional, not nutritional), this might not help you. I dont know, I'm not a doctor. I'm just guessing my way through life.I must reiterate; this is a very helpful tool, but it's not a magical weightloss potion. I still dont get to eat bags of chips, cupcakes and cheeseburgers whenever I want. This just helps me to not need to do that.Other helpful weight-loss tools I've been using: better walking shoes (asics), good shoe inserts (spenco total support), drinking enough water, massage gadgets (to help me recover when I walked too far/fast) and writing down what I eat and sticking to the approximate amount of calories my body needs each day (made possible with this green stuff). For the first time in my life, I'm on a "lifestyle change" plan, not a "the event is in 2 months" diet.Best of health to you.

These had been recommended by my doctor for joint pain. They help l. Even more my eye sight hadImproved. When my ophthalmologist looked at my eyes they asked me what I was doing different because they should have regressed more than they had from the pictures of my retina but I actually had improvement when I told him I had started taking these greens and explain to them what they were and we looked it up he’s like those have been known to help improve eyesight so it was just a bonus of taking this that was given to me by my medical doctor for my joints cause he’s trying to get me off of so much anti-inflammatories

This is the one Green Powder I buy again and again. I have tried many, but return to Kyo-Greens for many reasons. Foremost, this is a trusted brand that I have used for years (other supplements they manufacture). I am a huge devotee of nutritional healing and feel that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I first started with Kyo-Greens when I was ill and could not stomach much of anything. But this is highly digestable and nourishing. It also mixes very well and has very important nutritional grasses that are sorely lacking in many persons diet, as well as, containing kelp.I do not mind the taste with a splach of orange juice or lemon. Recently, I started adding in vanilla flavor vegan protein powder from Sunwarrior. Your search for a good green drink is over!!!! Thanks Kyo-Greens!

I was told by my sister that researched a lot to find this to beat cin or dysplasia. I had cin 1 and then 2. It went from a 1-2 after a year on these pills and then it seriously all went away! I took 3 in the morning with no food and 3 at night after eating or before bed. It cleared my hpv infection and now all paps are negative and back to a low grade. Sooooo thankful now no surgery is needed. I am definitely believing these helped!!!!! I will continue on them for one more year. It did take a little over a year to bring the dysplasia down and clear the hpv; but it did!!!!!

I discovered this product in the 1980s when I started doing a yearly "fasts and cleanse" week. It was great in detoxing and keeping my energy levels high. NOW I've discovered that it helps in lowering my blood sugar (since I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes) when taken with my daily fiber supplement in the morning.

I personally didn't like a "fishy" smell. Couldn't finish it.

Good product to help balance thyroid, adrenals and liver.
