DEWHEL Shift KNOB Boot Retainer/Adapter for Manual Gear Shifter Lever 10X1.25 (Black)

Bought this to allow me to change out the shift knob on my 370z without having an unsightly 'gap' between the knob and the factory boot retainer. This adapter went onto the shifter shaft easily and threaded completely and smoothly. Fastening my aftermarket boot to this adapter too only a couple of minutes (to insure proper alignment), and one very tight zip-tie secured the boot to the adapter. Easy-peasy.

This little guy fit perfectly. Makes a dramatic aesthetic difference on your shifter as it hides the stem.Make sure you order the right size or thread pitch for your shifter stem... I got the wrong one first but then ordered this one and worked flawlessly.This ones made out of metal, so expect it to get hot or cold depending on the weather.

Shift knob I purchased wasnt as deep as stock one in car. Bought this adapter and it fixed the length issue. Very comfortable and does its job well.
