Very Watery - It's Hommous, Jim, but not as we know it!!!
Went straight into the bin. Consistency was not even as thick as tahini on its own, and no sight of any chick pea purée in there at all. I did dip a finger in, just to taste, and that was OK, but as it is pouring consistency, it wouldn't stay on th crudités we were going to have with it, nor would it spread on flatbread for a shish taouk. Very disappointing.
