These taste amazing and work really well. I don't usually take sleep aids. I purchased these to combat jetlag when traveling. I only take one gummy before bed and within 30 minutes I experience a gradual, natural sleepiness. When I wake up (usually to an alarm), I feel refreshed and experience no grogginess. These have also helped me fall asleep when I am experiencing a lot of anxiety. Even if I take it on a work night, I know I will wake up on time without any trouble. Highly recommend for occasional use.

I struggle with sleep and always have. I used to be terrified of Melatonin because I didn't understand much about it and the crunchy Facebook mommies talked about it like it was poison. However, desperate times call for desperate measures. My doctor has had me try a number of different prescription sleep medications, but nothing worked well, and if it did, I felt terrible the next day. I like a lot of other Olly supplements, so I thought I'd give these a try. I started with the recommended dose of 2. They helped me fall asleep, but I felt like a zombie the next day. I decided to half the dose and took one and it was like magic. I still woke in the middle of the night, but these consistently help me fall asleep and get at least 3 solid hours before my brain reactivates and keeps me awake. I have experimented with taking a second (still within the recommended dose of 2, just spread apart) if I can't go back to sleep after my first block of sleep and that often does the trick, but it does lead to some grogginess the next day. These are not the best tasting of the Olly line, but they don't smell bad, and I've gotten used to them. I find them generally easy to chew and swallow. The texture is more gummy than rubbery, and I definitely do see benefits. I have them on autoship because they work. I recommend them to my fellow insomniacs.

I’m kind of an uneasy sleep at times and I take two of these so that I sleep extra deep and sometimes I’m a little groggy from taking two but they taste so darn good. They’re really a heavy grape flavor. It’s kind of like a grape and a wine kind of flavor I can’t really describe it but it’s really really good so when I eat them, I eat them really slow because I love the flavor and I don’t want to see myself snacking on them. I don’t know what the hell that would do to me, but they are super good and you don’t taste medicine in them. I hate when you get gummy and then they taste like medicine, and these do not these are so good that I have to be careful. I don’t start eating more of them and they do work. I’ve had melatonin before and this is actually the best brand I’ve ever had the best version of this brand because it’s really strong and one would work But when I’m going through some stressful times I take two and they really do the trick often you take melatonin depending on the brand and you don’t even know if it’s working or not but this definitely works and I doze off slowly so I can watch a movie or a show and take them and just as the show is about over I start drifting off just really peacefully Which I really like so many brands you take and you wait and you wait and you wait your Wideawake waiting to fade and you don’t and these are just perfect. You fade slowly and it’s a gradual fade and drift off to sleep and it’s really nice. I even dream when I’m sleeping and a lot of times I don’t do that , so it’s worked out really well and I have fatigue issues so it does have me sleeping deep enough that I feel a difference in my energy the next day and I will probably buy no other melatonin again but this brand and this version of this brand

I love Olly products. This works great and helps me sleep at night. The smell is a bit strong when you open it but it’s not terrible just extremely fruity but better than a bitter vitamin smell. Love this product.

My husband was having trouble sleeping so we decided to try these gummies. We’re very pleased with the results. Take 2 about an hour before going to bed and he falls asleep quickly. There is no grogginess upon getting up in the morning. I would recommend these gummies.

They work! I definitely get sleepy. I follow the directions and take 2 about 30 minutes before bed. No bad side effects. Taste good, soft and easy to chew. Good value.

These work amazing for me. They taste great, are easy to take, the texture is nice, and they work in about 30 minutes. Very effective. Taking even 1 helps, but I take 2 and they make me nice and sleepy. I get a full night's sleep finally. I get up to use the bathroom during the night, and I can return to sleep easily after with these. I'm not too groggy when I wake up which is a nice change from my old gummies. My health is better from better sleep. Definitely will be buying these again and again.

Serving size is 2, and there are 50 gummies, so this is just 25 doses, which makes it a bit expensive compared to other melatonin alternatives. The packaging is clunky and gets stuck sometimes if you screw it on at an angle. It's one of those push and twist tops, which my other melatonin never were - could be useful if you have young children, I suppose. The "peel here" seal was annoying because they almost never work. I ended up just puncturing the seal and tearing from the inside. Tastes great, but if I'm buying just for the taste, I'll get fancy gummies. The first two ingredients are glucose syrup and sugar, so it's not something you can pop directly before bed without brushing your teeth. I can see the guilty appeal of gummies before bed, but this is probably not the product I am looking for.
