Much better than the old school elbow method. Anybody who has putone hand in cold water and the other hand in hot water and them put both of your hands in warm water will know why the elbow method is not as affective as using the thermometer. Much more better for a peace of mind. Especially when you have a million other things to worry about when parenting. Used on all three of my children...

Great little bit of kit. Super easy to use and gives readings quickly. I like the fact the thermometer clearly distinguishes the right temperature range for baby’s bath (37-39 degrees are marked with white gauge lines).
