Works great for broken toe
I fell down the stairs carrying my 3 mo old and bent my toe back. After standing up and experiencing excruciating pain I assumed it was broken. I didn’t go to the dr but I included pics from day 1 and 2 of the toe just for visual of what a broken toe may look like. I was hobbling on the side of my foot which caused foot pain and leg pain and decided to get a boot bc I quickly realized I couldn’t do that long term. At first I wasn’t so sure about the boot but once I put a tennishoe on my other foot and walked around a little I realized it was super helpful and easy to walk in. It wasn’t as easy to walk in when I had a slipper on my other foot, I definitely recommend tennishoe on the other foot. I’ve heard it takes about 6 weeks for healing so for now this will be my go to footwear. Virtually painless to walk in. I did order a large based off of reviews I am a size 8womens.

Suggested size fits too small.
I have a size 7 1/2 or 8 shoe when buying shoes. I orded the suggested size of a medium. My toe sticks out. It also doesn't have ankle support which would have been nice. It feels like a brick on the bottom of the foot and very easy to sprain. Wish that I would have ordered the next size up. A large as well to cover myself because this took 3 days to get to me and I'm a prime member.

I can now climb stairs and move about with cane versus walker
After reading reviews of similar items and whether I could get same day delivery; I chose this one. I did pay $5 plus extra for one day delivery, but I needed to be able to climb stairs for a class today. I am taking a 5 week; 10 classes, course and have already missed 3 secondary to crush injury 2 weeks ago to top of my foot that has left me with swelling, pain, and huge blisters that are now converting to raw skin; but with no fractures. I will not be able to wear a regular shoe for many weeks. I have also ordered a more protective shoe from another dealer that is more costly but I could not get it overnight. But this will fulfill my immediate need and will be great around the house because it is light weight. And I can easily move about with cane versus walker. The ortho boot I was provided in emergency room; was bulky, rubbed my leg in various places and was so cumbersome that I used a walker. This protective shoe has given me my life back.

Excellent~Best decision
I ordered this shoe because the one my orthopedic doctor gave me( (well, I paid for it), did not work out. It was the wrong size, horrible.. I took it upon myself to order the FitPro online... It worked out SO MUCH better ... and it was less expensive than the one I had to pay for at the doctor office. I am going to see if I can have them remove the charge, since the one they provided and I paid for... was NOT good.. This FitPro is made so much better also.. Yes, if you need a shoe like this... get it!

It works
I had my big toenail removed and I’ve been in the most agonizing pain it hurts to walk. I bought this and it does help. I would size up I wear an 8 in women’s and I got a large it fits well. I wish I had bought the more supportive boot but for the price it’s a great deal. I do feel like it should go on left foot though I’m not sure why.

Good strong supportive good for long wearing
Bought for teen son who misses countless opportunities because of chronic ingrown toenails that keep him from wearing shoes. The closest thing weve got before these were those rubber slide on sandals. . And they cut his toe up from the border rubbing against his toes as he walks. BUT THESE, keep his toe from rubbing against any part. He had an appt he had to keep & as we don't have a car we had to walk over a mile to the office & 1 mile back. And there was no sign of trouble or any complaints from him.

Watch the shoe size
I ordered a medium size and I wear a size 8 women’s shoes and as you can my toe is at the end of the shoe. They either run small or I was shipped a size small. I read the reviews and based on what I read I ordered a medium so I do think this is an error. I would send back but I have to have since I am flying tomorrow.

Decent shoe for broken toe.
This is more comfy for my broken big toe than the 10 year old surgical shoe I have been wearing since Monday when I broke my toe. It's now Thurs. The only negative is that it's not quite rigid enough if I was walking normally with it, but I'm using crutches, so not a problem. It is light and very comfortable. Feels much like a sneaker. As far as size, I bought the woman's large. I wear a size woman's 9-10.5, C or D width. ( For easier comparison of size, in Brooks athletic shoes, I take a 10.5 Wide, or 10.5D. In converse chucks I take a men's 7 1/2, I think women's 9, both in wide when available.). There is about 1/2" in front of my big toe, which has some bandaging. When standing on it, more like 3/8". The square toe helps to protect toes, especially if the problem is the big toe. I have a boot on order until the toe starts healing, arriving tomorrow. But this will be perfect for the next stage of healing. So, comfy, light, not as rigid as I'd like.

Recommend!
Broke my baby right toe 3 weeks ago and I wish I had this shoe for the past three weeks! It’s comfortable, supportive and makes it possible to walk more normally but still protect and support my toe and lets me move around. I contemplated for a few days before I purchased but if I knew what I know now I wouldn’t have hesitated. Truly awesome and highly recommend if you have a broken toe and are searching for something to help during healing! I am a 7.5 ladies and purchased a medium and it fits perfectly. My toes do not over hang on the end and the square toe actually protects the toes from impacting anything. The ankle strap is long enough but you might want to cut it if you have smaller ankles (I cut it as it was getting caught on my pant leg). I recommend wearing a running shoe on your un injured foot to make it more even and mitigate any hip/back issues from being uneven. This product has allowed me freedom as I heal and I am very thankful I found it! Don’t struggle with just buddy tape..get this shoe so you can safely move around while your toe heals!

Good alternative for metatarsal joint stress fracture, or bunion surgery
I did not want to get an aircast boot for my stress fracture, it was too expensive and too heavy to wear. These sandals/open booties are a good alternative as they are light and easy to get on and off. Because of the affordable price I bought two of them, as otherwise it is hard to find a shoe for the other foot that would match the height. The sole of the sandal is straight and rigid, which is what I wanted. I intend to use them post bunion surgery as well.

Perfect for an injury that does NOT need a full boot
I had toe surgery that required very thick bandages for one month. I had a boot from a previous injury but it was more support than I needed and nothing I had by way of shoes would accommodate the bandaging. This product was perfect. It is light weight but offers good cushioning on the base of the foot and the straps are very flexible and cover the foot well providing good stability. It gave me all the support i needed during my month of recuperation. And the price point was excellent. A great product for my needs and would recommend it to others!

Good for broken toe
Bought 2 of these to wear indoors while broken toe was healing since it does add some height to your step with the sole. The sole is stiff so keep the toes/foot flat and protected. Wear 9.5mens and got the Medium size.. fit was fine with socks and had more room with the adjustable velcro. Overall descent.

Excellent comfort and extremely easy to put on.
I have a serious toe injury which takes time to heal. I have first bought one and then I realize I need one for indoor and one for outdoor. It's very easy to put one, unlike those complicated boot cast and price is just a small fraction of it. Totally worth every cent.
