This is a “ must read” handbook for a wide section of society, developers, architects, planners and engineers. It has been carefully laid out, and beautifully illustrated. A very fine handbook indeed.

The book elaborates the concepts very well and expatiates details based on the project and governing body, permit if process.

I purchased this book using next day shipping because I needed it for my first day of class. However I quickly discovered that chapter 1 was completely missing from the book, and I suspect that I may have received a defective copy. I’m going to request a refund or to be sent a new copy of the text.

Textbook was to arrive on Wednesday. Two days later still not there. Concerned...homework has started!
