These Curad truly ouchless bandages are great! They stay on all day and come off easily, especially on sensitive skin areas. In the past, regular bandaids on sensitive areas would literally irritate/rip off skin leaving long-lasting red marks. I also have an allergy to regular bandage adhesive (itching); no allergic reaction to Curad truly ouchless. Now I always have a full box on hand!

I purchased these silicone bandages because I have an adhesive allergy and normal bandages cause my skin to itch and rash. Overall, I really like them. They are high quality and well made. They are easy to put on and take off. They do not irritate my skin whatsoever. They do not leave any residue on my skin when I remove them. My only complaint is that they do not adhere to the skin as well as non-silicone bandages, and therefore aren’t as secure. However, compared to other brands of silicone bandages, they have a much higher level of adhesion. Consequently, I will continue to use and buy them and would recommend them to anyone who has an adhesive allergy.

I've only tested two bandaid at the time of writing this, but I got them for my 5yo who hates bandaids and will scream when it's time to take them off. Due to a weird car sickness thing, our only option is a patch that I need to secure to her skin and be able to remove it (not waiting around for it to fall off in the shower like with regular bandaids). This also means the adhesion is very important cause she has to sleep with the patch on and have it remain intact or the medicine won't work. So. I tested this by wearing it on my back/shoulder all day and through the night. It stuck perfectly, almost no loss of contact with the adhesive. When I pulled it off I couldn't even feel it coming off it was so gentle. I stuck one right on the top of my arm (where bandaids always pull on fine hairs and really hurt) but I barely noticed it coming off. For what I needed, these seem to do the trick. I was worried about adhesion based on the comments but it stuck great all through me tossing and turning at night. Probably won't hold for a super long time in a high movement area. I can see it losing adhesion fast on your hand or finger, but on a flat piece of skin it held great. Testing it out on our next vacation and if it doesn't hold up I may update this rating/review. For now, my tests showed this bandaid doing exaclt what I need. Holding a patch perfectly in place all night and pulling off easy with no pain.

I have multiple skin sensitivities and most bandages irritate my skin. I ordered these on a whim and they have become a staple in our home. They stay on but are easy to remove and gentle on my skin.

Yay, I can use bandages again! I have an allergy to the medical adhesive used in band-aids and tape, even the gentle latex-free and paper varieties. It gives me a nasty skin rash. But the silicone adhesive in these bandages is completely non-reactive, so I can wear it safely with no reaction. They don't adhere as strongly as the regular kind so they don't stay on as well, and sometimes I have to layer an extra one to overlap for extra hold to make it stay on. For people with regular skin, the weak hold would be a major drawback. But for me, these are the only kind of bandage I can use, so I love them.
