Realign Back Wheel: Trigger Point, Yoga Wheel, Foam Roller, Deep Tissue, Back Massager, for Mobility and Back Pain Relief

I wanted to wait a few days to give this my full fair n balanced review. I am overweight, out of shape, and I have cervical and lumbar back issues. I wanted to try this to stretch with and see if it would release the tightened muscles for my pain. I will say, I did it at first on hard wood flooring, by myself .. haha... I was good until I tried to roll too far on my first go round. I ended up shifting too far to one side and the wheel flipped into its side and I fell hard onto it on my back (OUCH). lesson learned, I had my spouse stand guard above me and I rolled it onto a carpeted surface for my next attempts and that went wayyyy better!! lol 😆 I should've known better... it did warn me to go easy on the instruction card... I'm a all or nothing type, so I gambled there. But after that mishap initially, this thing really does stretch you! it left little bruises on my back too, but I'm a deep tissue kinda gal and this was right for me. consequently, my back pain is much lessened. I'm still working with it at least daily for the past 4. I'm glad I purchased it, and find it is a great buy. just be careful of positioning!!

First, this wheel is awesome, i was a little reluctant at first, but gave it a try. and it worked fantastic, like having a chiropractic adjustment every time.In fact, i have tried other wheels and this one is just better. The outside has the perfect firmness, not hard like plastic, and not soft like a pillow. Its soft, but firm so when you roll on it, it feels like someone is massaging not like you are rolling on a bowling ball.Here is where i had an issue:i had problem where the first one i received cracked. Fortunately, i was in the return window of amazon so i was able to return it. I figured that was the end of the story.About a week later, the company contacted me and asked about what happened. They truly wanted to make their product better. They ended up voluntarily sending me a new one for no charge.This was something they did not need to do, i had already returned the other one and got my refund. They just chose to do the right thing on their own, without even asking or expecting.As far as I'm concerned, this makes them a great company to deal with. They believe, like i do, to make things right even when you have to take a hit on it.Would not hesitate to buy again, Amazon needs more sellers like this.

worked as advertised and greatly helped my girlfriends back....untill It didn't she only weighs 120lbs and it managed to break so enjoy it while it lasts cause it will break and you will be back to square one.EditI'm changing my review from a one-star to a four-star because the wheel as it may have broke after a year the seller was more than happy to be quick and contact me back and send me a replacement without any hassle or anything I am 100% happy with this product and 110% happy with the customer service this company provides

I loved it! Almost had it for 2 years but it broke.Thankfully I didn’t hurt myself but it definitely helped a lot. Always got some cracks out of my back. I got some relief from rolling around on it almost on a daily. I will buy again. It’s expensive but better and cheaper than driving to the chiropractor 3 times a week!

Used this item to help with mobility, maybe a few minutes a day, a few days a week. Rolled out my back today and it snapped in half, and I’m not that big of a human. For the price and intended use this item is very fragile.

I had been seeing advertisements for a similar wheel and was intrigued. I wanted to get this for my daughter. After looking at several products, I decided on this one because it had the spine channel. She opened it up and tried it immediately. You would have thought she had on a bubble wrap tee shirt! I currently have a right fractured foot, and broken toes on the left. I was still able to sit down, lie back, and use this comfortably. I did have my daughter stand above me and hold my hand as a safety. What a wonderful stretch! My brother and his friend had to try it after seeing us do it. They were equally impressed. What an easy, daily thing to do. Looking forward to continued use and results!

I purchased the Realign Back Wheel to help facilitate the alignment and condition of my back. This item is made of high quality materials that will accommodate individuals falling within a myriad of weight ranges including those who are 300 pounds or more. The "track" that is formed around the wheel is segregated into wedges that accommodate the natural contour of your spine and helps to realign the vertebrae back into their natural position. The wheel also helps to stretch the muscles in and around your lower, mid and upper back and the surrounding areas as you glide across the wheel with your back. Many times I have heard the crack like you would at a chiropractic session and you can feel immediate relief. The segregated foam is very firm and some may find it hard and uncomfortable but I find that it secures the needed adjustment better then a much softer foam as that would in my opinion lessen the needed alignment. I recommend this product and I use it every day with results that I am well pleased with.

I wish I had bought this a long time ago........Absolutely worked a miracle on my lower and middle back.3 week update.I've owned this for 3 weeks, Its the best money I've ever spent. I use it for about 1 minute 3 times a day, morning, noon and evening. I can feel and hear my back popping as I roll on it each time. My back is 90% better, I've spent less time and money on my chiropractor. I'm sure its not as good as the chiropractor but it helps me spread out the visits with less discomfort in between visits. Its paid for its self several times already.
