These arrived promptly - as I live along way from my grandchildren I had them delivered to their address. They were very excited as I ordered a kit each for them both. They have spent many hours hunting and examining mini-beasts in their garden so my daughter was very happy.

This was bought for a small explorer as a gift, my 5 year old nephew was very pleased with the gift and uses all the items in it with ease. The items are not too fiddly for small hands, easy to clean and quite robust. A lovely gift idea for the outdoorsy.

I purchased this for my nephew who is nearly 5 because he came to live with us and rather than sit in the house we wanted something to help get him out and about!This explorer pack has been the ideal purchase because we have had so much fun searching for bugs in the nearby fields and woods.It also comes complete with a carry bag which holds all the items nicely allowing you to transport easily from start to end of your adventures.Highly recommended

Excellent kit and our 3year old grandson loves playing with all the items in the kit. Unfortunately the compass did not work and we are hoping for a replacement.

this was meant to be a throw away stocking filler but ended up being a highlight. working binoculars, compass, wind up tourch and other bits. great item

This arrived yesterday and both kids were in the garden from the moment they opened it until bed time, my little one even wanted to take the little pretend bugs to bed with him haha.The idea was to get the kids outside more and it has certainly done that so far.I didn’t expect anything that was going to last for ever but it feels fairly solid and my little one has not broken anything as of yet.

I’m really impressed with this little kit - obviously didn’t read the contents properly so was really surprised when my little one found so much included. Recommend for a 5 yo that loves to explore (and blow a whistle). V impressed with wind up torch and binoculars- would totally buy again.

What a great piece of kit! I was a bit concerned it might be too young for my 9 year old but he loves it! The bug catchers are very sturdy and work brilliantly. The binoculars are ok. We take this rucksack on all our walks.A very pleasing purchase.
