These are so easy to use and make a great effect. I put one in a pumpkin that I fit a water bowl into and now it is lit up with the light and has fog coming out of it. I received lots of compliments. Much easier than a fog machine.

Worked well for our Halloween party.

First, I'd like to note that this will not work if your water line is lower that the top of the unit. The dish (or whatever you put it in) needs to be the right depth to keep it running for a long period of time. I found that about an inch over the line was enough to run it for several hours. The color changing is awesome and it makes the perfect amount of fog for a small cauldron. That said, you may need to create a "splash zone" for the amount of water that escapes the container you put it in. I tried several different ways to keep this from happening, but to little avail. Too low inside the cauldron and the fog doesn't billow out like it should, to small a container, you won't have the coverage needed keep it running for more than a few moments at a time. It takes some trial and error, but once set up, it works really well. I would def buy again

These are great little gadgets. I bought them for a bubbling Halloween cauldron that has been both my constant headache and greatest enjoyment for the last 3 weeks. The video I have shared shows a large party city cauldron that has 2 misters with lights, and one without lights. I could not fill the entire cauldron with water, because it would be too heavy, so I had to put a lightweight object in the bottom to hold a water filled container for the misters. After a lot trial and error, I found that the container has to be at least 3 inches deep and full of water to work continuously over at least a 4 hour period without constantly adding water. You lose some of the water to the misters, and a lot to the splashing. Shallower containers splash A LOT, and once the water level drops below a certain point, the misters stop working. With my 2 inch deep container, I was adding water every hour or so. I found a 3 inch deep cake pan, and my life improved. I can turn it on at 6pm and when I turn it off at 10pm, it's still working beautifully. The misters make a good amount of 'steam' for my project, and the colors add cool effect. You can't choose a single color; it rotates automatically. I have not tried any deeper containers, so I don't know if there us a limit to how deep you can go with it. I have only 2 complaints, and one is just me being OCD: 1. The plug in boxes are huge. I'm using a 3 outlet extension cord and the 2 plug in boxes take over almost the whole thing. I can barely get my string light plug in, and I have to plug the 3rd mister into the string light. I have 2 misters without lights and the plug ins are much smaller. 2. The two lighted misters are plugged into the same extension cord. When I plug the extension cord into the outlet, they come on at the same time and start rotating through the same color patterns, but they will not stay in sync and so for a few seconds every switch, there are 2 different colors in the cauldron. Everyone else says it looks cool like that, but it drives me crazy.

This is going to go in a halloween display. I cant wait! the colors are great nice and bright. does not get hot at all for what I have seen and I have run it for about and hour. its gonna be fun its going in a witch cauldron.

It lights up. But the list is very less. I tried so many different bowls. It doesn’t look like pictures people have added in the reviews. So maybe mine is a defective piece. I literally have to look down at the bowl to see the mist. It is not visible to someone standing from 3 feet distance.

This shows a small inline control button as in my old one shown in the picture that would fit through the hole on a table top mist fountain or a floor mist fountain. The pictures also indicate a rubber plug to seal the hole so it is supposed to fit through the hole on these fountains. But this control button is so large it would not fit through a hole unless the hole was an inch across and then the plug would not fit because it is for the small hole as in the fountain bowl shown in my picture. If you are looking to replace a table top or floor mist fountain with a small hole as I have indicated in my photo, this will not work. It would be fine for a cauldron or a bowl of water for Halloween fog but nothing else.

Was a bit nervous if this would even work since it was so inexpensive. This thing is great! Produces a nice amount of fog. It does spit/spray water a little - not bad - just be sure you have something waterproof underneath. The lights add a nice spooky touch! I didn't need anything super fancy - this thing is perfect and the price is right!

It worked perfectly as advertised. The mist/fog is created very quickly and is a decent amount for the tiny device. It does spit out a lot of water lol. Make sure to be prepared for that clean up. Depending on what you need it for, that might not even be an issue.

I received this mister today. I tested and works great. Product quality is good and made with solid materials. You can not control or change LED light colours because they are auto changing. Plug in and and mister starts working and if you do not have on and off switch installed on your wall for your socket then you have to manually plug in or remove this Mist adapter to stop or start.

It’s pretty good.

It's crap ! Waste of time and money. Frustrating to get in the right spot for the fog to form. Once it does, it spit water everywhere! You have to ja et a certain level of water for it to work an depth in a bowl or cup or whatever it is you are using It's just stupid and a waste of money !!!! Embarassing too - got for it for a client and it was just so HARD to figure out a proper setting for it.
