I am super happy with this ink. I put it in an Epson Ecotank 2720 and it's perfect. Works great. Looks amazing sublimated onto mugs. Total win.But I have to ask: whoever packaged the syringe with this kit needs to lose their job. It takes so many refills of the syringe to fill the tanks it's ludicrous. It took me almost an hour just to put the ink into my printer because I had to go slow so as not to make a mess, and keep filling and refilling the syringe. If you order this ink, which I do recommend, believe me, get yourself some high capacity syringes along with it. You'll thank me.And Seogol: FIX IT. It's utterly ridiculous.

Right now I’m only giving it 3 stars I am really hoping to come back and change it. I received this ink yesterday and got everything switched out and ready to go. I printed my first back which barely printed any black and had red lines through it. I have since ran several nozzle checks and cleanings and it’s finally maybe starting to print right. I will say I have lost a lot of ink in this process so I’m a little annoyed with that. Hoping to get it going and see how the colors do and I hope come back and change the 3 stars but for now I will leave it. Also I watched every YouTube video I could possibly find before the ink got here and while I was changing it out so I wasn’t just doing it how I thought it should have been done. After being contacted by customer service I am changing to 5 stars. They went way out of their way to contact me to make it right and even sent a new shipment of ink. I am very happy with the product and customer service.

This was my first attempt at sublimation printing. I ordered this ink based on reviews and pricing and was not disappointed. It dried quickly on the paper and aluminum phone plate (under one minute). The only reason it did not get five stars is there is a big of a sparkle to it that I wasn't expecting. I've only printed on the aluminum plate, so I will edit the feedback if the ink shows differently on other products when testing. VERY happy with this purchase and will definitely buy again - sparkle or not!

This is my go-to for sub ink. It is good quality at a great price.

Have been using these for a while and have had no problems! Worked great on shirts, blankets, and tumblers to name a few! Really recommend this product!

UPDATE: The company saw our original review and reached out to us, apologizing for the missing items and completely corrected the issue. Great customer service!ORIGINAL: The ink is pretty good for our printer, but ours did not come with the syringes or gloves. ... We had the buy those separate once we got the ink and realized we had no way of getting it into the printer.

I had a different product in my printer, but the quality was not great. After watching some videos, this ink was recommended so I gave it a try. Love it! The colors a bright and true. I recommend
