Patch performs flawlessly every shot.

So I am new to black powder shooting, so I wanted to buy patches before attempting to make my own. These are a good choice.The patches are made of rough cotton fabric and are dry to the touch on a cool day. I used them with Hornady 0.490 swedged lead ball. They started easily and slid down the barrel with less force than I was expecting for a muzzleloader.They shot straight enough for me. I'm not really a target shooter, but they wold definitely hit the vitals of a deer at the 30 yards I shot them at. That's with bumping up the powder charges throughout.One thing to note is that they smell like wintergreen chewing tobacco. So don't grab for them in the dark and jam them in your jawls.Would recommend.

These patches work well in my 50 cal. Percussion rifle. Would recommend.

These patches work great for just target shooting or elk hunting. Helped bag a cow this season. The patches are high quality and have a perfect lube. Buy them if you need some.
