I was very tired of spending an arm and a leg on expensive ink that does not last very long. While searching for a replacement Ink for my HP 4500 I came across this product. While it was not a genuine HP cartridge I was somewhat skeptical. I am very glad we purchased these at a much lower price and great quality. I will never pay for genuine HP ink again. Worked perfect the first time we installed the cartridges into our printer with no problems.

They work just fine.The price is great. But, they are not easy to install. I am using a HPDeskJet 2549. When I first installed both black and color cartridges, the print did not see either one. I took out the color one and replaced it with the old cartridge. Still did not work. Replaced the black cartridge. The printer worked. Replaced the black cartridge. Still did not work. But, just on a hunch, I removed the power connection to the printer for 30 seconds. It worked. Did the same exercise with the color cartridge. Still got blinking empty color cartridge indicator. Just went ahead a tried to print in color. It worked. Like I said, not an easy installation. But, you can't beat the price.

I have previously purchased other brands of remanufactured cartridges that did not work even after considerable time-consuming troubleshooting. At first, this set of cartridges did not work, indicating "printer configured for black only"? Following the enclosed troubleshooting instructions, I saw the small enclosed ink eraser. I cleaned the cartridge contacts with the eraser, and the printer is now working perfectly. While more expensive than others, I will stick with RETCH cartridges.

Worked great for my printer

I ordered this the first time for my HP officejet 4632 and my printer recognized cartridges immediately. However, sad to say when I reordered the same item my printer would not recognize the black cartridge. I thought it was a fluke so item was returned for another. Once new item arrived, I tried the black ink and it wasn’t recognized again. At this point I tried the color cartridge and printer recognized it NO PROBLEM, so I put my old black -out of ink cartridge in again - printer recognized it. I then looked at the contact points on the back of both black cartridges and the are different. The first picture was my original purchase, second picture was the reorder. I don’t know why it is different but now it will not work for my HP. So I returned item for a full refund. Very slow with refund process and now product is no longer available, ummmmm - WONDER WHY??????

I held off reviewing this product until I needed to change out the Ink Cartridges on my HP Office Jet 4630. I was a bit hesitant because of other Discounted Ink Cart. I tried in the past WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL, no matter what I did. I installed the Cartridges as per the instructions and I got a message on my Printer screen that I was using a USED HP CARTRIDGE, it then proceeded to print the alinement page and I Scanned the page and the printer recognized the new cartridges and everything was up and running perfectly. So far it is working GREAT and is well worth the price if not more. Thank you for the FANTASTIC Product.

Love this off brand I krefills for the computer! They last for a long time and I print a lot!
